Ավելին` գեղեցկուհին անգամ հանրությանն է ցույց տվել սարսափելի կարմիր հետքերը, որոնք պատել են իր գեղեցիկ մարմինը: Աստղը որոշել է չթաքցնել իր դրությունը և ինքը հայտնել իր հիվանդության մասին` չսպասելով, որ այդ մասին իմանա մամուլը:

«Իմ կարիերան կապված է գովազդի հետ, լողազգեստով նկարահանումները պարտադիր են: Մարդիկ չեն հասկանում, թե ինչ ճնշում է ինձ վրա գործադրվում: Հերիք է մի կիլոգրամ քաշ ավելացնեմ, դա միանգամից հայտնվում է թերթերի շապիկներին: Պատկերացնու՞մ եք, թե ինչ կաներ ինձ հետ մամուլը, եթե տեսներ այս հետքերը»,- իր որոշումը բացատրել է Քիմը: Հիվանդությունը փոխանցվել է մոդելին իր մորից` Կրիս Ջեններից, ում մոտ նույնպես պսորիազը ի հայտ եկավ 30 տարեկանում:

«Բժիշկը բացատրել է Քիմին, որ հիվանդությունն անբուժելի է և խորհուրդ է տվել խուսափել սթրեսից, բայց Քիմն ասել է, որ դա պարզապես անհնար է»,- պատմում է Քիմի անհանգստացած մայրը:

Քիմն անհանգստանում է, որ հետքերի պատճառով նրա կարիերան կկործանվի: Շոուի թողարկումներից մեկի ժամանակ նա խուճապի էր ենթարկվել Skechers Shape Ups մարզակոշիկների գովազդի նկարահանումների պատճառով:

«Պետք է սպորտային կրծքալ հագնեմ, իսկ փորիս այս հետքերն են: Ի՞նչ կասեն պրոդյուսերները: Նկարները հնարավոր է համակարգչով ուղղել, բայց սա տեսանյութ է: Սա թաքցնել անհնար է»,- լացում էր Քիմը:

Որոշ ժամանակ անց մոդելն այնուամենայնիվ հավաքեց իրեն և համաձայնեց հանդես գալ տեսախցիկների առջև: Մարմնի հետքերն էլ դիմահարդարը թաքցրեց:
