Կարդացի Մեդվեդևի միտքը «Զենիթ» լուսանկարչական ապարատների արտադրության վերականգնման մասին ու ծիծաղս եկավ։ Նախ ասեմ որ այդ ապարատների օբյեկտիվները արտակարգ լավն էին։ Սակայն պիտի նշեմ որ օբյեկտիվների գործարանը այլևս գոյություն չունի։ Նրա ողջ պարունակությունը անցյալ տարի վաճառվել է որպես մետաղալոմ, իսկ շենք շինությունները որպես պահեստներ։ Ինչը պիտի վերականգնի Մեդվեդևը ու ինպես և ինչու անհասկանալի է։ Զենիթի դարը վաղուց անցել գնացել է։ Այս մարդիկ համառորեն չեն ուզում հասկանան որ վաղուց Ռուսաստանը դուրս է մնացել համաշխարհային տեխնիկական զարգացման ուղուց ու հասնելու միակ ճանապարհ դա Չինաստանի օրնակն է։ Երկիրը պիտի բացել Արմտյան արտադրողների առաջ որպեսզի երկիր մուտք գործեն նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաներն ու տեխնիկան։ Այլ ճանապարհ չկա նոր մակարսակ ձեռք բերելու համար։
