 Զանգվածային անկարգություններ նախապատրաստելու, ապօրինի զենք ձեռք բերելու, պահելու, փոխադրելու և շենքեր, շինություններ գրավելու նախապատրաստության համար ձերբակալված Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանը դատապարտվեց 10 տարի 5 ամիս ժամկետով: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` Երևան քաղաքի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը Ժիրայր Սիմոնի Սեֆիլյանին մեղավոր ճանաչեց ՀՀ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 35- 219 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի առաջին կետով, 35-225 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 235 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով նախատեսված հանցանքներում:

Դատարանը որոշեց՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 35-225 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով դատապարտել ազատազրկման 4 տարի 6 ամիս ժամկետով, 235 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով՝ 5 տարի ժամկետով, 35-219 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի առաջին կետով՝ ազատազրկման 6 տարի ժամկետով: Որոշվեց Քրեական օրենսգրքի 66 հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով սահմանված պատիժների մասնակի գումարման սկզբունքի կիրառմամբ Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի նկատմամբ պատիժ նշանակել ազատազրկում 10 տարի 6 ամիս ժամկետով: Քրեական օրենսգրքի 69 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի կիրառմամբ՝ վերջնական պատիժ նշանակվեց ազատազրկում 10 տարի 5 տարի ժամկետով, որը պետք է կրի Արդարադատության նախարարության համապատասխան քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում: Պատժի կրման սկիզբը հաշվելով 2016 թվականի հունիսի 20-ից:
