ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը մարտի 24-ին Մոնթե Մելքոնյանի անվան ռազմամարզական վարժարանում հանդիպել է «Դիտակետ» ծրագրի աշխատանքներում ներգրավված անձնակազմի հետ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, պաշտպանական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել համատեղ և արդյունավետ աշխատանքի համար` ընդծելով, որ «Դիտակետ» ծրագիրը որպես ՊՆ և զորացրված զինծառայողների միջև հետադարձ կապի միջոց կարևոր ներդրում է մեր երկրի անվտանգության ապահովման հիմնական բաղադրիչի` հայոց բանակի առավել զարգացման և ամրապնդման տեսանկյունից, որը հնարավորություն է ընձեռելու ճիշտ վերլուծել և գնահատել ՊՆ որդեգրած քաղաքականության և սկզբունքների արդյունավետությունը, զինված ուժերի նկատմամբ հանրային ընկալումները:

Վիգեն Սարգսյանն անդրադարձել է ԶՈՒ-երում սկիզբ առած կառուցվածքային բարեփոխումներին և առավելապես ռազմակրթական համակարգում ընթացող և նախատեսվող արմատական փոփոխություններին, զինվորական ծառայության այլընտրանքային ծրագրերի մանրամասներին, որոնց նպատակն է հասարակության շրջանում ավելի գրավիչ դարձնել սպայական մասնագիտությունը, ԶՈՒ-երը համալրել առավել պատրաստված, հմուտ ու բանիմաց զինծառայողներով:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում «Դիտակետ» ծրագրի համակարգող Արմեն Խաչիկյանը ներկայացրել է ծրագրի նոր փուլի ընթացքի հետ կապված մանրամասներն ու նախնական դիտարկումները  և նշել, որ արդեն մեկնարկել են այս ձմռանը զորացրվածների հարցումները և այդ շրջանակում իրականացվող դաշտային աշխատանքները։ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարը պատասխանել է նաև հանդիպման մասնակիցներին հետաքրքրող հարցերին:

Մ. Մելքոնյանի անվան ռազմամարզական վարժարան կատարած այցի շրջանակում «Դիտակետ» ծրագրի աշխատանքներում ներգրավված անձնակազմը նաև շրջել է միջազգային ամենաբարձր չափանիշներին համապատասխանող կրթահամալիրի տարածքում, ծանոթացել վարժարանի սաների ուսումնական և կեցության պայմաններին, հաջորդիվ եղել 3-րդ բանակային զորամիավորման սահմանային զորամասերից մեկում, որտեղ նրանց է ներկայացվել զորամասի կառուցվածքը, առանձնահատկությունները, զինվորների սոցիալ-կենցաղային պայմանները:
