ԼՂՀ վարչապետի մամուլի քարտուղար Արտակ Բեգլարյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրում է.

Տեսնելով իրավիճակի տեղեկատվական լարվածությունը և մի շարք ուղղություններով շահարկումները՝ որոշեցի կիսվել կարծիքովս:

1. Լինելով ԱՀ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի ներկայացուցիչ՝ այս պահին ձեռնպահ կմնամ Ասյա Խաչատրյանի դեպքի իրավական գնահատականների վերաբերյալ կարծիք հայտնելուց, քանի որ մենք արդեն քննարկման ենք ընդունել հարցը և պարզաբանումների պահանջ ուղարկել ոստիկանություն:

Ինձ համար մեկ բան միանշանակ է՝ հակաօրինական ցանկացած գործողություն յուրաքանչյուրի (այդ թվում՝ ոստիկանների, իմ և մնացածի) կողմից անթույլատրելի և դատապարտելի է: Իրավական գնահատականները թող տան իրավապահ մարմինները, որոնցից ես, որպես մարդ ու քաղաքացի, բոլոր դեպքերում ակնկալում եմ արդարություն և իրավապաշտություն: 

2. Ցավում եմ, որ շատերը կրկին տրվում են «ղարաբաղցի-հայաստանցի» թեմայի արհեստական շահարկման հոսանքին. Մեսչյանն ասում է՝ «Զարմանում եմ ես մեզ բաժան անող հազար շերտերից» կամ «Անիվը սելի նորից կոտրվեց իր սիրած փոսում»...
Ես զարմանում և վիրավորվում եմ հայության մեջ բոլոր տարանջատում դնողներից՝ անկախ նրանց բնակության վայրից, սեռից, տարիքից, սոցիալական ու աշխատանքային կարգավիճակից, արտաքին տեսքից և բոլոր այլ հնարավոր ու անհնար բնութագրիչներից: Զարմանում եմ նաև նրանցից, ովքեր, բողոքելով տարանջատման դեպքերի դեմ, միևնույն ժամանակ այդ դեպքերին պատասխանում են նույն լեզվով՝ ջուր լցնելով տվյալ ջրաղացին:

3. Ես միշտ կողմ եմ եղել խնդիրների բաց քննարկմանը, և այս դեպքում էլ պետք է քննարկենք առկա խնդիրները, սակայն առանց թացը չորի հետ խառնելու, առանց հուզական կամ դիտավորյալ շահարկումների, առանց վիրավորանքների, առանց մոռանալու, որ մենք մեկ հայրենիք ենք ու մեկ ազգ, և մեր զոհողություններն էլ, հաջողություններն էլ պատկանում են յուրաքանչյուրիս: 

Ո՞վ ասաց, որ հայրս ու մնացած հազարավոր տղաները (անկախ ծննդյան վայրից) իրենց կյանքը զոհել են միայն ինձ կամ միայն հայության արցախաբնակ հատվածի համար... Ո՞վ ասաց, որ սահմանին կանգնած յուրաքանչյուր հայ զինվոր (անկախ բնակության վայրից) պաշտպանում է միայն իմ կամ միայն հայության արցախաբնակ հատվածի անվտանգությունը...

Սթափվե՛ք, մենք ունենք մեկ հայրենիք,, մեկ ազգ, հետևաբար, համատեղ խնդիրներ և համատեղ պայքար:
