ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն քրեական գործ է հարուցել Նոր Խարբերդում ավազակային հարձակման դեպքի առթիվ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ մարտի 28-ին Երևանում տեղի ունեցած ավազակային հարձակման դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից՝ հավելելով. «2018թ. մարտի 28-ին՝ ժամը 07:10-ին, քաղաքացուց ահազանգ է ստացվել առ այն, որ մարտի 27-ի լույս 28-ի գիշերը՝ ժամը 02:00-04:30-ի սահմաններում, երկու դիմակավորված անձ մուտք են գործել Երևան քաղաքի Նոր Խարբերդում գտնվող իր տուն, դանակի սպառնալիքով կապել ձեռքերն ու ոտքերը, ածելիով մարմնական վնասվածքներ պատճառել, ապա բնակարանից հափշտակել առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գումար և հեռացել:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔԳՎ Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, կազմվել է քննչական խումբ, մշակվել քննչական պլան։

Քրեական գործով Նոր Խարբերդի բնակիչը ճանաչվել է տուժող։ Դեպքի վայրի զննության ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել են կպչուն ժապավեն, արնանման նյութի հետքեր, արնանման նյութի հետքերով ածելի և տետր, որի վրա առկա գրառմամբ պահանջել են գումար՝ սպառնալով կյանքի համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրել։ 

Հանձնարարություն է տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումներին՝ միջոցներ ձեռնարկել՝ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձին (անձանց) հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարությանօրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով»:
