ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանն ու Տեղեկատվական և հաղորդակցության տեխնոլոգիաների գործատուների միության նախագահ Արմեն Բալդրյանն ապրիլի 5-ին կնքել են փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր` Էլեկտրոնային առողջապահության համակարգի անխափան և ամբողջական ներդրմանը նպաստելու նպատակով։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից:

Հաղորդագրության մեջ նաև նշված է. «Մեր ծրագրի իրականացման և զարգացման գործում ընդգրկվում է տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում Հայաստանում հեղինակություն ունեցող, ինչպես նաև առողջապահության նախարարության հոգսերն իմացող կազմակերպություն` Տեղեկատվական և հաղորդակցության տեխնոլոգիաների գործատուների միությունը»,- ասել է նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանը։  

Արմեն Բալդրյանը նշել է, որ իրենց կազմակերպությունն ի սկզբանե կարևորել է տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառումը բոլոր ճյուղերում, քանի որ դրանում տեսնում են Հայաստանի  տնտեսության և արտադրողականության զարգացման հիմնական ճանապարհներից մեկը։

«Հաշվի առնելով, որ Հայաստանի ամբողջ բնակչությունն առողջապահության ոլորտի օգտատեր է, ինչպես նաև առողջապահության կարևոր դերը երկրի սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացման գործում, մենք որոշեցինք ակտիվորեն ներգրավվել բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների հիման վրա ներդրված համակարգի կայացման ու զարգացման գործում։ Միության անդամները պատրաստ են բոլոր փորձաքննություններն ամբողջությամբ իրականացնել անվճար։ Մենք կտանք մեր փորձագիտական կարծիքը, կօգնենք բացահայտելու բաց կողմերը և լրացնելու դրանք, ինչպես նաև նախագծելու ապագա ռազմավարությունը»,- նշել է Տեղեկատվական և հաղորդակցության տեխնոլոգիաների գործատուների միության նախագահը։

Ի դեպ, միջազգային լավագույն փորձի հիման վրա ստեղծված էլեկտրոնային առողջապահության մեր համակարգը ներկայացված է լավագույն կողմերով և այն  առաջիկայում կներդրվի Ղազախստանում ու Բելառուսում։ 

Հուշագիրը ստորագրող կողմերը վստահեցրել են, որ տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների արդյունավետ կիրառումը կնպաստի առողջապահական ոլորտի զարգացմանը` հույս հայտնելով, որ համագործակցությունը հետագայում կընդլայնվի։

«Իրականում, տեղեկատվության անվտանգության առումով անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ ձեռնարկված են, և այսօր ունենք չափազանց վստահելի համակարգ։ Սակայն, նախարարությունը կարևորում է նաև հասարակական վերահսկողությունը և ամենօրյա մշտադիտարկումը։ Միանալով ծրագրին` մեր գործընկերներն ամենօրյա վերահսկողություն իրականացնելով` կտեղեկացնեն տեղեկատվական անվտանգության մասին»,- եզրափակել է նախարարը»։
