«Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը համաշխարհային «Our World» պարբերականում հանդես է եկել հեղինակային հրապարակումով, որտեղ անդրադարձել է Հայաստանում, նոր տնտեսական քաղաքականության միջոցով, հիմնական մարտահրավերները հաղթահարելու հրատապության խնդրին։ 
Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը նշել, է որ Հայաստանը իրավամբ համարվում է կամուրջ Ասիայի ու Եվրոպայի միջև, ինչը նաև գալիս է Հայաստանի պատմական անցյալից, երբ Հայաստանը գտնվում էր Մետաքսի ճանապարհի խաչմերուկում և յուրահատուկ կապող օղակ էր տարբեր աշխարհամասերի ու քաղաքակրթությունների միջև։ 
Այսօր այդ դերակատարումը կրկին արդիական է Հայաստանի պարագայում, քանի որ Հայաստանը մի կողմից հանդիսանում է ԵԱՏՄ անդամ, մյուս կողմից ստորագրել է Համապարփակ համաձայնագիր Եվրոպայի հետ, իսկ երրորդ կողմից շարունակում է սերտ առևտրատնտեսական կապեր ստեղծել Մերձավոր Արևելքի և Հարավ-Արևելյան Ասիայի երկրների հետ։
Այս ամենը կարևորում են Հայաստանի՝ որպես տարբեր երկրների և քաղաքակրությունների միջև կամուրջ լինելու դերակատարությունը։Սրան գումարվում է նաև այն, որ համաշխարհային տնտեսությունը շարունակում է առաջ ընթանալ խելահեղ տեմպերով, որտեղ գնալով ավելի մեծ դերակատարություն են ստանում նոր տեխնոլոգիաները և նոր արդյունաբերական մոդելները, ինչն էլ, ըստ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի, արդիական է դարձնում Հայաստանում նոր տնտեսական քաղաքականության մշակումն ու իրագործումը, որն էլ ավելի կհամապատասխանի նոր աշխարհաքաղաքական միջավայրում Հայաստանի դերակատարությանը։ 
ԲՀԿ նախագահը նշել է այն երեք ուղղությունները, որոնք պետք է դրվեն նոր տնտեսական քաղաքականության հիմքում: Դրանք են․
- տնտեսական մոդելի փոփոխության անհրաժեշտությունը,
- սոցիալական բևեռացման մարտահրավերի լուծումը 
- ներգաղթի կազմակերպումը՝ վստահության վերականգման և հավասար մրցակցային պայմանների զուգորդմամբ։ 
Այս ամենի իրականացումը Հայաստանին կարող են դարձնել օրինակ ամբողջ աշխարհի առաջ, թե ինչպես փոքր տնտեսություն ունեցող, ավելին՝ շրջափակման մեջ գտնվող և պատերազմական իրավիճակում գտնվող երկիրը կարող է ունենալ ինովացիոն, նորարարական տեխնոլոգիաների վրա հիմնված տնտեսություն։ 
Այս ուղղությամբ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն արդեն իսկ հասցրել է կատարել գործուն քայլեր․ մասնավորապես, նրա նախաձեռնությամբ Հայաստանում կայացել է «Նոր քաղաքականություն՝ հանուն բարեկեցիկ աշխարհի» միջագզային համաժողովը, որի շրջանակներում արտերկրից ժամանած բազմաթիվ գործիչներ կիսվել են իրենց մտքերով և տեսակետներով ԲՀԿ նախագահի առաջարկած՝ նոր տնտեսական քաղաքականության մոդելի մասին։
Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գործունեությունը ցույց է տվել,որ եթե նա խոսում է որևէ նոր ծրագրի մասին, ապա դա անպայման պետք է իրականություն դառնա։ Վստահ ենք, որ «Our World» պարբերականում նրա կողմից բարձրաձայնվող Հայաստանի նոր տնտեսական քաղաքականության եռաքայլ բանաձևը մոտ ապագայում կյանքի կկոչվի, մանավանդ որ այդ ուղղությամբ արդեն արվում են գործուն քայլեր՝ միջազգային համաժողովերի և տնտեսական նոր ոլորտներում խոշոր ներդրումների տեսքով։
