ՀՀ դատախազության կողմից ՀՀ ոստիկանությանը հանձնարարվել է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 180-181-րդ հոդվածներով սահմանված կարգով ստուգել հանգամանքները և նյութեր նախապատրաստել ապրիլի 16-ին Երևան քաղաքի Բաղրամյան պողոտայում ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կազմակերպած հավաքի մասնակիցների կողմից Ոստիկանության ծառայողների պատնեշը ճեղքելու դեպքի առթիվ: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում նշել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի խորհրդական Գոռ Աբրահամյանը:
«Նախօրեին մայրաքաղաքի բժշկական կենտրոններից ահազանգ էր ստացվել, որ բուժօգնություն ստանալու նպատակով իրենց են դիմել թվով 37 քաղաքացի և 14 ոստիկան, որոնք տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներ են ստացել ապրիլի 16-ին Երևան քաղաքի Բաղրամյան պողոտայում ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կազմակերպած հավաքի մասնակիցների կողմից Ոստիկանության ծառայողների պատնեշը ճեղքելու փորձերի ընթացքում: ՀՀ դատախազության կողմից ՀՀ ոստիկանությանը հանձնարարվել է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 180-181-րդ հոդվածներով սահմանված կարգով ստուգել հանգամանքները և նյութեր նախապատրաստել»,- նշել է Աբրահամյանը:

Ապրիլի 16-ին ԱԺ պատգամավոր, «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության ղեկավար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը բոլորին Ֆրանսիայի հրապարակից տեղափոխեց Բաղրամյան պողոտա՝ նշելով, որ ցանկանում է գնալ աշխատավայր՝ Ազգային ժողով: Նա «Ելք» խմբակցության մի քանի պատգամավորների հետ մտադիր էր անցնել ոստիկանական շղթայի միջով, և ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության պետի տեղակալ Վալերի Օսիպյանը, բանակցելով նրա հետ, համաձայնեց նրան և պատգամավորներին թույլ տալ անցնել պատնեշն ու գնալ դեպի խորհրդարան: Փաշինյանը, սակայն, սկսեց հայտարարել, որ մենակ չի գնալու, այլ իր հետ եկածները ևս պետք է անցնեն ոստիկանական ուժերի միջով: Հանդարտություն պահպանելու, հակաօրինական քայլեր չանելու Օսիպյանի հորդորին ի պատասխան Փաշինյանը բարձրացավ երկաթե արգելապատնեշի վրա, որից հետո արդեն իրավիճակը դարձավ անկառավարելի: Նրա կողմնակիցները երկաթե արգելապատնեշները բարձրացրին գետնից ու դրանք սկսեցին ուղղել ոստիկանների կողմը: Սկսվեց հրմշտոց: Փաշինյանի կողմնակիցները բարձրացան անգամ այնտեղ կայանված մի մեքենայի վրա: Իրավիճակը Բաղրամյան պողոտայում խիստ լարվեց: Ոստիկանությունն այնտեղ մետաղական փշալար անցկացրեց, կիրառեց հատուկ միջոց՝ ձայնային նռնակ:
