Մարդկանց իրավունքներն ու ազատություններն ամենաառաջնայինն են, գոնե մեր պատկերացումներն այդպիսին են: Այս մասին ասել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Սերժ Սարգսյանը «Շանթ» հեռուստաընկերությանը տված հարցազրույցում՝ պատասխանելով հարցին, թե արդյոք հանրահավաքային ակտիվությունն ազդում է երկրի տնտեսական զարգացման վրա:

«Այդ առաջնային իրավունքները, եթե իրապես իրականացվեն տրամաբանության սահմաններում, որևէ կերպ չեն խոչընդոտի տնտեսական զարգացմանը: Սակայն երբ դրանք դառնում են անհամաչափ, երբ դրանք վերածվում են խցանումների Երևանում, ապա Դուք ինչ եք կարծում՝ դա կարո՞ղ է արդյոք դրականորեն ազդել»,- նշել է Սերժ Սարգսյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ վերջին տարիներին Հայաստանը միակ մեկ հանգիստ տարի է ունեցել, որ չի եղել արտաքին և ներքին անկայունություն: «Միակ տարին է երևի 2017թ-ը, երբ փողոցներում միտինգներ չկային, հանգիստ կարելի էր տուրիստներին գալ Երևան, ներդրողներին գալ ու ներդրումներ անել: Միակ տարին էր, և այդ տարին մենք ունեցել ենք 7.5 տոկոս տնտեսական աճ:

Մեզ մի քանի տարի է պետք ընդամենը, մի քանի տարի, որպեսզի այս տնտեսական աճը մարդկանց համար շատ ավելի շոշափելի լինի: Ճիշտ է՝ միևնույն է դժգոհություն լինելու է, որովհետև մարդը ինչքան շատ ավելի լավ սկսի ապրել, այնքան պահանջները մեծանալու են: Բայց խնդիրն այն է, որպեսզի մենք հասնենք մի այնպիսի նվազագույն մակարդակի, որպեսզի գոնե ցանկությունների կեսը մարդիկ կարողանան իրականացնել: Սա է ամբողջ խնդիրը»,- ընդգծել է ՀՀ վարչապետը:

Սերժ Սարգսյանի հարցազրույցն ամբողջությամբ կներկայացվի ապրիլի 19-ին:
