Մեծ Բրիտանիան համարձակություն է ստանձնել մեր քիմիական հայտարարության մասին  անառարկելի պնդումներ կատարելու: Լոնդոնը Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին ուղղակիորեն մեղադրել է քիմիական ռազմական ծրագրին ներգրավվածության մեջ: Այս մասին ՄԱԿ ԱԽ նիստում հայտարարել է ՄԱԿ-ում ՌԴ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Վասիլի Նեբեզնյան, փոխանցում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ բրիտանական կողմը ՄԱԿ ԱԽ-ում նամակ է տարածել, որը «ինչպես միշտ, լի է սուտ, չապացուցված ու զրպարտչական պնդումներով»: «Մեծ Բրիտանիան համարձակություն է ստանձնել անառարկելի պնդելու մեր քիմիական հայտարարության վերաբերյալ, դատողություն անելու մեր հատուկ ծառայությունների աշխատանքի մասին: Բայց այս անգամ մեր բրիտանացի գործընկերները ավելի հեռու գնացին՝ նրանք մեր նախագահ Պուտինին ուղղակիորեն  մեղադրեցին քիմիական ռազմական ծրագրին ներգրավվածության մեջ»,- ասել է դիվանագետը:

«Ես չգիտեմ՝ Լոնդոնում կամ մշտական ներկայացուցչությունում արդյոք հասկանում են, որ դուք անցել եք թույլատրելիի եւ ցանկացած հնարավոր պատշաճության սահմանը: Կարծում եմ՝ դուք պետք է շնորհակալություն հայտնեք մեր նախագահին, որ նա շատ զուսպ մարդ է»,- նշել է ՌԴ մշտական ներկայացուցիչը: Նա այդ գործողություններում «Ռուսաստանին շշմեցնելու եւ սկզբունքորեն նրա լեգիտիմությունն ու միջազգային ասպարեզում դերը կասկածի տակ դնելու» փորձ է տեսել:
