ԵՄ-ն Թուրքիայից պահանջել է բարիդրացիական հարաբերություններ պահպանել հարևանների հետ և վերացնել արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմը

Եվրամիությունը Թուրքիայի վերաբերյալ կոշտ զեկույց է հրապարակել և, որպես ԵՄ-ին անդամակցության թեկնածուի, երկրից պահանջել բարիդրացիական հարաբերություններ պահպանել հարևան երկրների հետ: Այս մասին հայտնում է թուրքական Diken պարբերականը: 

Զեկույցում հարևանների հետ  բարիդրացիական հարաբերություններ պահպանելուց բացի ԵՄ-ն Թուրքիայի իշխանություններից պահանջել է ապահովել արդարադատության համակարգի անկախությունը, հարգել քաղաքացիների հիմնարար իրավունքներն ու ազատությունները, արդար ձևով քննել մարդու իրավունքների խախտման դեպքերը, վերացնել արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմը և այլն: 

Թուրքիայում արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմը, որը հաստատվել էր երկրում ռազմական հեղաշրջման տապալված փորձից հետո, երկարաձգվել է ևս երեք ամսով:

Արտակարգ դրությունն արդեն 7-րդ անգամ երկարաձգելու մասին առաջարկը հավանության է արժանացել Թուրքիայի Ազգային մեծ ժողովի նիստում կայացած քվեարկության արդյունքում: Ստացվում է, որ երկրում հունիսի 24-ին նախանշված արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ու նախագահական ընտրություններն անց են կացվելու արտակարգ դրության պայմաններում:

Թուրքիայում հաստատված արտակարգ դրությունը մինչ օրս օգտագործվել է այլախոհներին ու ընդդիմադիրներին լռեցնելու նպատակով: Մասնավորապես, փակվել է 67 թերթ, 20 ամսագիր, 34 ռադիոկայան, 30 հրատարակչատուն և 32 հեռուստատեսային ալիք: Ձերբակալվել ու կալանավորվել են հազարավոր մարդիկ:
