Կառավարությունից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ շնորհավորական ուղերձում ասվում է.

Ձեր երկրում խաղաղ փոփոխությունների այս նշանակալի ժամանակահատվածում, ես հույս ունեմ, որ Ձեր առաջնորդության ներքո Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունն ի վիճակի կլինի արդարացնել ժողովրդի բարեփուխումների ակնկալիքները, այդ թվում՝ օրինապահության եւ ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտների ամրապնդումը, ինչպես նաեւ ջանքեր կգործադրի առկա սոցիալ-տնտեսական մարտահրավերներին դիմակայելու ուղղությամբ: Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպությունը, այդ թվում՝ ՄԱԿ-ի հայաստանյան թիմը, պատրաստ է տրամադրել իր աջակցությունն այս առումով»:

Ինչպես հիշում եք, ՄԱԿ-ը խաղաղ բանակցությունների միջոցով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորմանն ուղղված ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների կարեւոր ջանքերի ամուր եւ հետեւողական աջակից է: Հուսով եմ, որ խաղաղ կարգավորման համար այս զգայուն ժամանակաշրջանում, այդ ջանքերն ավելի մեծ թափ կստանան եւ կբերեն դրական արդյունքներ, որոնք կօգնեն հաստատել տեւական խաղաղություն եւ բարգավաճում Հարավային Կովկասի բոլոր ժողովուրդների համար»,- ասված է Անտոնիո Գուտերեշի շնորհավորական ուղերձում:
