Մայիսի 14-ին կայանալու է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի եւ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի առաջին հանդիպումը: Շատերն այդ հանդիպումից ակնկալում են «հրահանգներ», թե ինչպիսին են լինելու առաջիկայում հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները եւ Ռուսաստանի ազդեցությունը Հայաստանի վրա:

Ռուսաստանի ազդեցությունը Հայաստանում ներքին քաղաքականության առանցքային գործոններից մեկն է, որքան էլ փորձենք ժխտել: Դա պայմանավորված է թե ռուսական կապիտալի ու Ռուսաստանի պետական կորպորացիաների մենաշնորհների առկայությամբ, թե պաշտոնական ներկայությամբ՝ ի դեմս ՌԴ ԱԴԾ սահմանապահ զորքի:

Թուրքիայի եւ Իրանի հետ Հայաստանի սահմանը հսկում են ռուս սահմանապահները եւ հենց նրանք են Զվարթնոց օդանավակայանում անձնագրային վերահսկողություն իրականացնում: Այս ֆոնին անգամ ռուսական բազայի առկայությունը Գյումրիում աննշան գործոն է թվում:

Հայաստանի խորհրդարանում ներկայացնելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թեկնածությունը վարչապետի պաշտոնում՝ Ելքի պատգամավոր Լենա Նազարյանը հայտարարել է, որ Հայաստանում թավշյա հեղափոխությունը վկայում է, որ հայ ժողովուրդը կարող է ինքնիշխան որոշումներ կայացնել: Ինքնիշխանությունը պետք է լինի հայկական հեղափոխության գլխավոր ձեռքբերումը:

Ինչպե՞ս է Ռուսաստանը վերաբերվում դրան: Պուտինն առաջին հանդիպմանը կփորձի՞ ավանդական «նաեզդը» անել եւ իր պայմանները թելադրել:

Ժամանակին DELFI-ին տված հարցազրույցում Լիտվայի նախագահ Դալյա Գրիբաուսկայտեն պատմել է Պուտինի հետ առաջին հանդիպման մասին: Նա պատմել է, որ Պուտինը պահանջների ցուցակ է ներկայացրել՝ ատոմակայան չկառուցել, անպայման համագործակցել իրենց հետ եւ այլն:

«Դա ոչ թե բարեկամության կամ համագործակցության առաջարկ էր, այլ՝ կամ ծնկի ես գալիս ու կատարում, կամ էլ թշնամի ես: Հարաբերությունները բարդ են լինելու, քանի դեռ Ռուսաստանը չի հասկացել, որ բոլոր երկրներն առաջին հերթին անկախ են, պետականություն ունեն, որքան էլ մեծ կամ փոքր լինեն, բոլորի հետ հարգանքով պետք է համագործակցել:

Հատկապես, երբ դեռ կարող է պայքարել, տարածքներ պոկել, ագրեսիվ գործել, միջամտել այլ երկրների քաղաքական իրավիճակին կամ ընտրություններին, այդ երկիրը, անկասկած, միշտ ագրեսիվ է համարվելու», ասել է նա:

Իսկ Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելի արձագանքը Պուտինին «անեկդոտին» պատմության մեջ է մտել: Խոսելով Ռուսաստանի ու Եվրոպայի հարաբերությունների մասին, Պուտինը Մերկելի հետ հանդիպմանն ասել է. «Ինչ էլ արվի ամուսնական գիշերվա ընթացքում, արդյունքը նույնն է լինելու»: Մերկելն ապշել էր, որից հետո Ռուսաստանի ու Գերմանիայի հարաբերությունները կտրուկ վատացել են:

Անշուշտ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ այդպիսի կատակները տեղին չեն լինելու, բայց «նաեզդ» հավանաբար կլինի:

Հայտնի քաղաքագետ, «Պատմության ավարտը» գրքի հեղինակ Ֆրենսիս Ֆուկույաման օրերս ասել է, որ «Ռուսաստանն ամեն ինչ անում է, որ Հայաստանը չպոկվի իր ազդեցության գոտուց»:

Ռոյթեր գործակալությունն ավելի հեռուն է գնացել եւ եզրակացրել, որ Ռուսաստանը հատուկ չի միջամտել Հայաստանում «նոր թագավորի» հայտնվելուն: Պուտինը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին շնորհավորել է նախքան մայիսի 8-ին վարչապետ նշանակվելը, իսկ արդեն երեկոյան զանգահարել է Փաշինյանին:

Ռուսական «Վեստիին» տված հարցազրույցում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, որ ոչ մի ճնշում չի կարող ստիպել Հայաստանին հրաժարվել Ռուսաստանի հետ համագործակցությունից, այդ թվում՝ ռազմական ոլորտում:
