Ազգային ժողովում մեկնարկեց խորհրդարանական հերթական քառօրյան, որի սկզբին ԱԺ պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վարման կարգի վերաբերյալ իր ելույթի ժամանակ ասաց. «Անցած քառօրյային իշխանական պատգամավորներից մեկը Զարուհի Փոստանջյանին մեղադրեց պետական դավաճանության մեջ, և դուք նրա խոսափողը անջատեցիք՝ պատճառաբանելով, որ այդ ելույթը չի տեղավորվում քննարկվող հարցի շրջանակներում: Դրանից հետո ելույթ ունեցավ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հայկ Բաբուխանյանը, ով ընդդիմությանը մեղադրեց դավաճանության մեջ, բայց դուք նրա խոսափողը չանջատեցիք: Չնայած անընդհատ ասում եք, որ գործում եք որպես ԱԺ նախագահ, որ պետք է հավասար կանոններ ապահովեք, բայց ձեր գործողությունները կարծես այդպիսիք չեն: Ես առաջարկում եմ հետևյալը՝ սա քաղաքական ամբիոն է, և մարդիկ պետք է արտահայտվելու հնարավորություն ունենան: Առաջարկն այն է, որ մենք չսահմանափակենք կանոնակարգ օրենքի րոպեները և թույլ տանք, որ նրանք արտահայտվեն»:

Գալուստ Սահակյանը՝ պատասխանելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, ասաց, որ ինքը կարծում է՝ պատգամավորներն իրենց մտքերն արտահայտելու տարբեր միջոցներ ունեն և միայն ԱԺ նիստերի դահլիճը չէ:

«Պարո՛ն Փաշինյան, ինչքան էլ ինձ դուր չգա, Դուք խոսում եք մինչև վերջ և Դուք ասում եք ձեր տեսակետը: Պետք չէ մասնավորեցնել միտքը: Ես կողմնակից եմ բարեկրթության»,- ասաց Գալուստ Սահակյանը:

Արձագանքելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի առաջարկին՝ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հայկ Բաբուխանյանն ասաց, որ ինքը ցավում է, որ մեր ընդդիմությունը չի տարբերում ամբողջ ընդդիմությունը և անհատը: «Ես ընդդիմությանը չեմ մեղադրել, այլ կոնկրետ անհատին, կոնկրետ գործողության համար: Մեր գործընկերները պետք է պատրաստ լինեն, որ ցանկացած հերյուրանք մեր պետության հասցեին պետք է ստանա համարժեք պատասխան»:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ լրացնելով միտքն, ասաց, որ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը նախորդ նիստում կոնկրետ անձի մեղադրել է ալիևյան նավթադոլարներից ֆինանսավորվելու և ԱԺ-ում համապատասխան գործունեություն ծավալելու կապակցությամբ:

«Ես զարմացած եմ, որ ԱԱԾ-ն չի հետաքրքվել այդ հայտարարությամբ: Կոչ եմ անում ԱԱԾ-ին ուշադրություն հրավիրել այդ հայտարարության վրա: Թող պարոն Բաղդասարյանին հրավիրեն, տեսնենք՝ ովքեր են նավթադոլարներից սնվողները, եթե իսկապես այդպիսիք կան, նրանք պետք է բացահայտվեն, իսկ եթե չկան, ուրեմն Ալիևն իշխանության ծխածածկույթ է, որով մարդկանց ուշադրությունն ուզում են շեղել և այդ ծխածկույթի տակ անել իրենց մութ գործերը: Ես այս պրոցեսին հետևողական եմ լինելու»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը:
