«Փաշինյան-Պուտին հանդիպումը հաջողված և արդյունավետ էր: Հստակ շեշտադրումներ հնչեցին ՀՀ վարչապետի կողմից, որպեսզի Ռուսաստանում տարընթերցումներ չլինեն Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականության վերաբերյալ: Դրանք տեղին էին և ժամանակին, քանի որ Ռուսաստանում կան իշխանական տարբեր խմբեր, տարբեր շահեր, որոնք իրենց հերթին՝ տարբեր մտահոգություններ են փորձում հաղորդել ՌԴ իշխանություններին, դրանք էլ թուլացնում են հարաբերությունների հիմքը»,- «168 Ժամի» հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասել է ռուս քաղաքագետ Ֆյոդոր Լուկիանովը՝ անդրադառնալով ՀՀ նորընտիր վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի Սոչի կատարած այցին և ՌԴ ղեկավարի հետ հանդիպմանը:

Նրա կարծիքով՝ այս հանդիպմանը ղեկավարները հնարավորություն ունեցան ծանոթանալու միմյանց հետ, «շոշափելու» տրամադրությունները: «Ի վերջո, սա ՌԴ նախագահի համար ևս սովորական իրավիճակ չէր` հեղափոխությունից օրեր անց հանդիպել հեղափոխության ղեկավարի հետ, որը վարչապետ է ընտրվել: Սա, կարծում եմ, տրամադրություններ հասկանալու և ճանաչելու հանդիպում էր: Վստահ եմ՝ փակ դռների ետևում քննարկվել է հեղափոխությունը, երկրում առկա տրամադրությունները, դրանց պատճառները և այլն, և այլն: Կարծում եմ` խնդիրներն ամենայն հավանականությամբ շրջանցվել են»,- ասել է Լուկիանովը:

Ռազմական փորձագետ և քաղաքագետ Պավել Ֆելգենգաուերը՝ պատասխանելով մեր թղթակցի հարցին, թե՝ հնարավո՞ր է՝ ՌԴ իշխանությունները հրաժարվեն Ադրբեջանին զենք վաճառելու քաղաքականությունից, եթե Փաշինյանն այդ հարցը բարձրացնի Պուտինի հետ հանդիպմանը, քանի որ դա հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններում առկա խնդիր է համարում, ասել է, որ այդ հարցում արդեն որոշ հանգամանքներ փոխվել են ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո:

«ՌԴ պաշտոնյաները բացեիբաց հայտարարում են, որ սխալներ են գործել, և այսուհետ այլ կերպ պետք է զենքի քաղաքականությունը Հարավային Կովկասում վարվի: Երևի թե կկրճատվեն ծավալները, կամ էլ այլևս կարիք չի լինի, որ Ադրբեջանը սպառազինությու ձեռք բերի: Այնուամենայնիվ, Հայաստանի կողմից այս հարցի բարձրացումը որոշիչ չի եղել, քանի որ կապ ունի Ռուսաստանի ավելի լայն քաղաքականության հետ, բայց այդ դիրքորոշումը հաշվի առնվել է, քանի որ դրա հետևանքները մենք տեսել ենք»,- ասաց Ֆելգենգաուերը:
