Այսօր տեղեկատվություն էր տարածվել, որ «ԱրարատՑեմենտ» գործարանի մի խումբ աշխատակիցներ գործադուլ են անում, պահանջելով աշխատավարձերի բարձրացում և հանդիպում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հետ: Թեմայի մասին Slaq.am- ը զրուցեց Մուլտի Գրուպ կոնցեռնի գլխավոր տնօրեն Սեդրակ Առուստամյանի հետ, ով նշեց հետևյալը.
«Քանի որ «Արարատցեմենտ» գործարանը հավատարմագրային կառավարման է հանձնված Մուլտի Գրուպ կոնցեռնին, ինքն այսօր անձամբ արդեն իսկ հանդիպել է «ԱրարատՑեմենտի» աշխատակիցների հետ: Նրանց հետ քննարկվել են բարձրաձայնված խնդիրները և դրանք բոլորն էլ արդեն իսկ լուծված են: Գործարանի բոլոր առաջնային նշանակության, բարձր որակավորում ունեցող մասնագետները ստանում են բավականին բարձր աշխատավարձ: Բացի սրանից՝ գործարանն այսօր կարող է աշխատել անհամեմատ ավելի փոքր աշխատակազմով և հենց այս պահին հնարավոր է շուրջ 500 հաստիք կրճատել, սակայն Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հանձնարարությամբ՝ հաշվի առնելով ազգաբնակչության սոցիալական ծանր վիճակը տարիներ շարունակ գործարանի աշխատակիցներից և ոչ մեկը չի կրճատվել: Մուլտի Գրուպ կոնցեռնի կազմում գտնվող որևէ ընկերությունում երբևէ նման խնդիրներ չեն եղել և չեն կարող լինել: Մենք մեր պարտավորությունները մշտապես պատշաճ կերպով իրականացրել և իրականացնելու ենք»,-ամփոփեց Սեդրակ Առուստամյանը:
