Թվում էր, թե ժողովր­դական շարժումը հա­սել է տրամաբանական ավարտին, եւ եկել է ժա­մանակը՝ կառուցողական եւ երկրի զարգացմանը միտված քայլեր անելու, աշխատանք ցույց տալու՝ սիրո եւ համերաշխու­թյան մթնոլորտում: Մեկ էլ ինչ, տեսնում ենք, որ ինչ-որ տարբեր խմբեր մեկ թաղաթապետարանի առջեւի փողոցն են փորձում փակել, մեկ էլ գալիս՝ աստիճանների վրա են նստում կամ Երեւանի տարբեր հատ­վածներում «ջիպերով» ճռիկներ են տալիս, ինչ- որ բան են գոռգոռում:

Հարց է առաջանում, արդյոք ովքեր են այդ մարդիկ եւ ինչ նպա­տակ են հետապնդում: Պարզվում է՝ «քաղաքապետ Տարոնին մերժելու» ակցիա են անում, բայց մերժում են ոչ թե աշխա­տանքի համար, այլ, թե «բա տես, իշխանությունը գնացել ա, դու էլ պետք ա գնաս» թեմայով: Այսինքն՝ ինչ-որ մարդիկ, ինչ-որ «մերժման մոլուցքի» մեջ ընկած, փորձում են իրենց անձնական շահերն առաջ տանելու համար իրենց պաշտոնամոլության դրսեւորումներն իրացնել քաղաքապետւսրանի եւ քաղաքապետի դեմ՝ մեկ տարբեր ՀԿ-ներ հանելով, մեկ անհասկանալի դժգոհություններ ունեցող, մարզերի բնակիչ հանդի­սացող քաղաքացիներին բերելով Երեւանի քաղաքապետարւսնի դիմաց:

Այսպես որ գնա, ուրեմն վաղը վարչության պետի, դպրոցի, մանկապարտե­զի տնօրենի կամ պետական այլ պաշտոնի համար կսկսեն ոչ թե օրենքի շրջանակում, իրավական գործընթացներով առաջ­նորդվել, այլ փողոցային ցույցեր ու ճնշումներ անե­լով պաշտոններ ուզել՝ մի կողմ դրած Սահմանադրությունն ու օրենքը: Ջան եմ ասել: Օրենքի երկիրը ստացվում է այսուհետ էսպես ենք սարքելու: Փաստորեն, շատ հավակնոտ ժողովուրդ ենք: Հիմա ով ինչ պաշտոնի հավակնում է, ուզում է փողոց փակելով հասնել իր երազանքին:
