«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը քաղաքական վերջին զարգացումների եւ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին նմանակելու համար քննադատությունների արժանանալու մասին զրուցել է դերասան Սերգեյ Դանիելյանի հետ:

-Պարո՛ն Դանիելյան, վերջին շրջանում քննադատությունների բուռն ալիք բարձրացավ այն բանից հետո, երբ Դուք համացանցում տարածեցիք տեսանյութեր, որտեղ նմանակում էիք ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին: Ըստ Ձեզ՝ ինչո՞վ էր պայմանավորված այդ հանգամանքը, եւ արդյոք այն հղի՞ է վտանգներով:

-Սա այն բանի հետեւանքն է, որ մենք երբեւէ նորմալ ղեկավար չենք ունեցել, իսկ հիմա վերջապես ունենք մեկին, որը ժողովրդին հաճելի է, եւ այդ ժողովրդին թվում է, որ ղեկավարին իրենց ձեռքից խլելու են, ուստի փորձում են բոլոր մեթոդներով պաշտպանել նրան: Մեկնաբանություններից մեկում մի քաղաքացի գրել էր. «Այնքան եք անելու՝ Փաշինյանը էլ ուղիղ եթեր չմտնի»:

Այսինքն՝ իրենց թվում է, որ այդ մարդը բան ու գործը թողած՝ օրինակ, Պուտինի հետ նստած, գրպանից հանելու է հեռախոսն ու նայի, թե Յոժն ինչ է թողարկել: Սա ծիծաղելի է: Նման մտածելակերպը տգիտության եւ անհեռատեսության արդյունք է, բնորոշ է ոչ դեմոկրատական հասարակություններին, որոնք ոչ մի այլ կարծիք, հումոր, կատակ չեն ընդունում:

-Ի դեպ, նկատենք, որ Փաշինյանի մասին Ձեր հումորները շատ մեղմ են, եթե դրանք համեմատելու լինենք նախկին իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների մասին հումորների հետ:

-Դե, վերջիններն արդեն հումոր չէին, այլ սատիրա: Ընդ որում՝ նրանց անձի շուրջ ստեղծված հոլովակներում կային խնդիրներ, իսկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մասին հումորների հիմքում խնդիր չկա: Նույն կերպ կարելի է առանց հետին մտքի անեկդոտ պատմել:
