15.00-ից դադարեցնում ենք անհնազանդության բոլոր ակցիաները: Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում ուղիղ եթերում հայտարարել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

«Կոչ եմ անում ժամը 15.00-ից բացել բոլոր ճանապարհները, դադարեցնել քաղաքացիական անհնազանդության բոլոր գործողությունները եւ այդ պահանջների լուծումը դնել ինստիտուցիոնալ  հիմքի վրա»,-ասաց նա:

Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ բողոք ունեցող քաղաքացիները պետք է ձեւակերպեն խնդիրը, այդ խնդրի հետագա ընթացքի համար կազմել 1-2, մաքսիմում 3 հոգանոց պատվիրակություն. «Այդ պատվիրակությունը գալիս է տարածքային կառավարման նախարարություն կամ կառավարություն՝ դիմելով նամակների եւ քաղաքացիների ընդունելության բաժին, իսկ նախարարությունում նախարար Պապիկյանն արդեն տեղյակ է, նամակների ընդունման պրոցեսը կկազմակերպվի պատշաճ մակարդակով:

Ես կոչ եմ անում բոլոր նրանց, որոնք իրենց գործողությունները չեն անում սաբոտաժի տրամաբանությամբ, որդեգրել այսպիսի վարվելակերպ: Երբ երկրում կա ժողովրդի վստահությունը վայելող իշխանություն, քաղաքացիական անհնազանդության գործողությունները մի փոքր տրամաբանության խնդիր են ունենում»,-հայտարարեց Փաշինյանը:
