Հայաստանը հակամարտության մեջ ներքաշված կողմ է: Այս մասին այսօր՝ մայիսի 17-ին, ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշել է ԱԳ փոխնախարար Շավարշ Քոչարյանը՝ անդրադառնալով ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ փաշինյանի եւ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանի հրապարակային բանավեճին:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել էր, որ Հայաստանը բանակցող կողմ է, իսկ Վիգեն Սարգսյանը պնդել է, որ Հայաստանի բանակցող կողմ է, իսկ հակամարտության կողմերը Արցախն ու Ադրբեջանն են:

 

«Ես չեմ ուզում մեկնաբանել այդ հարցը, որովհետեւ նմանատիպ դիսկուրսը վտանգավոր եմ համարում: Մենք հակամարտության մեջ ներքաշված կողմ ենք, ստորագրել ենք 1994 թվականի համաձայնագիրը ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցման մասին, որը մշակել են երկու կողմերը՝ Արցախը եւ Ադրբեջանը:

Ադրբեջանը հավակնություններ ունի եւ Սեւանի նկատմամբ, եւ Զանգեզուրի: Նրանց այդ հայտարարությունները նոր չեն, ընդ ուորմ ոչ միայն հայտարարում են, այլեւ գործողություններ են կատարում: Այդ տեսակետից մենք ներքաշված կողմ ենք: Բայց ակնհայտ է, որ հակամարտության հիմնական կողմերը Արցախն ու Ադրբեջանն են»,-հայտարարեց Շավարշ Քոչարյանը:

Նա նաեւ տեղեկացրեց, որ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները Հայաստան են ժամանելու հունիսին. «Հասկանալի է, որ իշխանություն է փոխվել, ԱԳ նախարար է փոխվել, առնվազն ծանոթանալու համար»:
