Մեծ Բրիտանիայի վարչապետ Թերեզա Մեյը հաստատել Է Եվրամիության Մաքսային միությունը լքելու Միացյալ Թագավորության մտադրությունը:

Այդ մասին հայտնել Է Reuters գործակալությունը:

«Ոչ, Միացյալ թագավորությունը Մաքսային միությունը կլքի ճիշտ այնպես, ինչպես որ մենք լքում ենք Եվրոպական միությունը»,- մայիսի 17-ին ասել Է Մեյը՝ ժամանելով Սոֆիա՝ ԵՄ-Արեւմտյան Բալկաններ գագաթնաժողովին: Նա պատասխանել Է լրագրողների հարցին, որոնք խնդրել են մեկնաբանել ավելի վաղ ԶԼՄ-ներում հայտնված հաղորդագրություններն այն մասին, որ Լոնդոնը մտադիր Է Բրյուսելին հայտնել իռլանդական հարցի չլուծվածության պատճառով 2021 թվականից հետո ԵՄ-ի Մաքսային միությունում մնալու պատրաստակամության մասին: «Իհարկե, մենք ԵՄ-ի հետ քննարկելու ենք ապագա մաքսային համաձայնությունները»,- հավելել Է նա:

Ավելի վաղ Մաքսային միությունը լքելու ձգտումից հրաժարվելու Մեծ Բրիտանիայի իշխանությունների մտադրության մասին հայտնել Էր բրիտանական Daily Telegraph թերթը: Հրատարակության տվյալներով՝ Միացյալ Թագավորության նախարարները համաձայնության են եկել այն հարցի շուրջը, որ Իռլանդիայի Հանրապետության եւ Հյուսիսային Իռլանդիայի (բրիտանական տարածաշրջանի) միջեւ չպետք Է խիստ սահման անցկացվի Եվրամիությունից Մեծ Բրիտանիայի դուրս գալուց հետո: Սակայն դա անխուսափելի Է, եթե Լոնդոնը լքի ԵՄ-ի Մաքսային միությունը, որի մեջ մնում Է Դուբլինը:

Ավելի վաղ այն մասին, որ Մեծ Բրիտանիան դուրս կգա ԵՄ-ի Մաքսային միությունից, հայտարարել Էր թագավորության վարչապետ Թերեզա Մեյը: Այժմ, Daily Telegraph-ի տվյալներով՝ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի կառավարության նախարարները համաձայնության եկել մնալու Մաքսային միությունում իռլանդական հարցի պատճառով: Ինչպես հրատարակությանը հայտնել են պաշտոնական աղբյուրները, այն կարող Է չլուծված մնալ մինչեւ 2023 թվականը:

ԵՄ-ի կազմից Մեծ Բրիտանիայի դուրս գալու պայմանների շուրջ Լոնդոնի եւ Բրյուսելի միջեւ բանակցությունները Բելգիայի մայրաքաղաքում սկսվել են հունիսի 19-ին, այն բանից գրեթե մեկ տարի անց, երբ Միացյալ Թագավորությունում այս հարցի շուրջ անցկացված հանրաքվեում 51,9 տոկոս արդյունքով հաղթանակ տարան եվրաինտեգրացման հակառակորդները: Երկխոսությունը պետք Է շարունակվի մինչեւ 2018 թվականի նոյեմբեր, ինչից հետո կողմերը կես տարի կունենան ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածություններն ազգային խորհրդարաններում վավերացնելու համար: Բուն Brexit-ը պետք Է իրագործվի 2019 թվականի մարտի 29-ին, ինչից հետո կսկսվի անցումային շրջանը, որը կետեւի մինչեւ 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
