Սոցիալական բեռ դարձած հարցերի կարգավորումը թույլ է տալիս բարձրացնել ընտանիքի կյանքի որակը: Դրա անհրաժեշտությունը զգում են հատկապես մարզերում ապրողները, որոնց համար տուն կառուցելու ձգտումը դառնում է օտար ափերում լուծում փնտրելու եւ արտագաղթի ճանապարհը բռնելու պատճառ:

Երկիրը հայրենիք պահելու համար, մինչդեռ, նրանց անհրաժեշտ է մնալ սեփական հողում եւ ունենալ երազելու, ապրելու եւ հաջողության հասնելու  հավատ: Հայաստանի տարբեր մարզերում տարիներ առաջ տան խնդիր լուծած ընտանիքները փորձում են նոր նպատակներ սահմանել եւ հասնել դրանց իրականացմանը:

ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ-ի եւ Հայաստանի «Ֆուլեր տնաշինական կենտրոնի» գործակցությամբ իրականացվող բնակարանաշինության ծրագիրը, տարիների ընթացքում ապացուցել է իր արդյունավետությունը. կառուցվել կամ վերանորոգվել են տներ՝ 56 համայնքի 150 ընտանիք համար: Ծրագիրը շարունակության իրավունք է վաստակել նաեւ 2018 թվականին: Կողմերը ստորագրել են ընթացիկ տարվա պայմանագիրը:

«Որոշումը կայացված է, պայմանագիրը՝ ստորագրված: Մենք այս տարի եւս լինելու ենք «Ֆուլեր տնաշինական կենտրոնի» կողքին՝ մեր հայրենակիցների տարիների երազանքն իրականացնելու համար: Նոր մարտահրավերներն ու տնտեսական իրավիճակը պարտավորեցնում են հստակեցնել հաշվարկները, սակայն, երբ տեսնում ենք, թե ինչպես են տարիներ առաջ տան խնդիրը հաղթահարած ընտանիքները հաստատվել եւ վստահ նոր երազանքներ են սահմանում, ձգտում ենք օգտակար լինել՝ մեր հնարավորությունների սահմաններում»,- ասել է ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ  Յիրիկյանը:

«Սա մի ծրագիր է, որի արդյունքը գնահատվում է մարդկանց կյանքի որակի փոփոխությամբ, վաղվա օրվա նկատմամբ՝ նրանց աչքերում հայտնված հավատի փայլով: Թեեւ զգալի աշխատանք է կատարվել, սակայն տարիների համագործակցությունը մենք գնահատում ենք ավելի կարեւոր արդյունքով՝ մարդկանց հոգում արթնացած հավատով»,-ասել է Հայաստանի «Ֆուլեր տնաշինական կենտրոնի» նախագահ Աշոտ Եղիազարյանը:

Գործակցության մեխանիզմները հստակ են. ընտանիքների ընտրությունն իրականացնում է «Ֆուլեր տնաշինական կենտրոնը»՝ հաշվի առնելով նրանց սոցիալական վիճակը, ընտանիքում անչափահասների առկայությունը, բազմանդամությունը եւ մի շարք այլ չափորոշիչներ: Իսկ ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ-ն ապահովում է ֆինանսական աջակցությունը, հաճախ նաեւ, կամավորականության սկզբունքով շինարարական աշխատանքներին մասնակցությունը:
