Նոր կառավարության առաջին քայլերը բավական տպավորիչ ստացվեցին: Դրանց շարունակականությունն ու հետեւողականությունը կարող են արմատապես փոխել իրավիճակը Հայաստանում, ներքին ու արտաքին քաղաքականության ոլորտներում:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մաքսային ծառայություններին հանձնարարեց կրճատել ձեւակերպումների ժամկետն ու հայտարարեց մաքսակետերը «բացելու» մասին: Սա կարող է դառնալ Հայաստանի տնտեսության ապամոնոպոլացման եւ մրցակցային մեկնարկային հավասար պայմաններ ապահովելու քայլերից մեկը:

Այս հանձնարարականից հետո Հայաստանում արդեն գնանկում է սկսել: Օլիգարխները սկսել են անցնել «սպիտակ դաշտ», գրանցելով իրենց հազարավոր աշխատակիցներին:

Ոստիկանությունը «հավաքեց» գողերին ու հանցաշխարհի ներկայացուցիչներին ու զգուշացրեց, որ օրենքի առջեւ հետայսու բոլորը հավասար են լինելու: Կրիմինալը Հայաստանում նախկին իշխող համակարգի հենարաններից մեկն էր եւ սերտաճել էր  նրան, դառնալով իշխանության ձեւավորման ու տնտեսության քվոտավորման «լեգիտիմ» ու ակտիվ մասնակիցներից մեկը:

ԱԱԾ նոր տնօրենը հայտարարեց պայքար կոռուպցիայի ու պետությունից գողացվածը վերադարձնելու վճռականության մասին: Նա ասաց, որ կա 350 անձանց ցուցակ, որոնց անունով բիզնեսներ են բացվել, որոնք հարկեր չեն վճարում:

Կրթության եւ գիտության նախարարն անսպասելի այցելեց դպրոց, որտեղ դրամահավաք էր տեղի ունենում, եւ դիմեց ոստիկանությանը: Բուհերում ու դպրոցներում սկսվում է ապակուսակցականացման գործընթաց, նախարարը փակեց կոռուպցիայի ու ռեկետի խողովակներից մեկը, որով բուհերը «մուծվում» էին ՀՀԿ-ի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամին: Այս որոշումները կարող են դառնալ կրթական համակարգի առողջացման ու իրենց կոչմանը ծառայելու սկիզբը:

ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն նոր նախարարի օրոք հայտարարեց, որ բանակցություններն Արցախի հարցում իմաստ ունեն, եթե Ադրբեջանը կատարի Վիեննայի պայմանավորվածությունները: Վիեննայի օրակարգով նախատեսվում է մոնիտորինգի մեխանիզմների տեղակայում շփման գծում, կամ Արցախ-Ադրբեջան սահմանների յուրատեսակ «ճանաչում»: Ադրբեջանը դեմ է դրան ու Վիեննայից հետո փորձում է չեղարկել այդ օրակարգը:

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարն այցելեց Նախիջեւանի սահման, որտեղից արդեն տեւական ժամանակ է սադրանքներ են սպասվում, եւ որտեղ Ալիեւը հայտարարել էր, որ Հայաստանի ցանկացած կետի կարող են հարվածել: Նախարարը հանձնարարականներ տվեց, որից հետո հայկական զինուժը կանխեց ադրբեջանական բանակի ինժեներական աշխատանքների փորձը դիրքերը բարելավելու ուղղությամբ:

Երեկ հայտնի դարձավ, որ Ռուսաստանը գերժամանակակից զենիթա-հրթիռային համակարգեր է մատակարարելու Հայաստանին, որոնք կարող են չեզոքացնել հրթիռային հարվածները:

Այս միտումների շարունակումն ու հետեւողական իրականացումը կարող են անշրջելի դարձնել իրավիճակը Հայաստանում: Ընդ որում, այս քայլերի «հասցեատերերը» շատ արագ կհասկանան, որ այդպես ավելի ճիշտ է ու անվտանգ:
