Սփյուռքի նախարարը հայրենադարձության խթանման գործոն է համարում ինտեգրման ռազմավարության մշակումը

 Սփյուռքի նախարարության սեղանին է դրված «Հայրենադարձության մասին» ռազմավարական օրենքի նախագիծը: Այս մասին ԼՈՖԹ-ում զրույց-հանդիպման ժամանակ հայտարարեց Սփյուռքի նորանշանակ նախարար Մխիթար Հայրապետյանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ նոր ձևավորված կառավարության հավակնոտ ծրագրերից է բնակչության թվաքանակի ավելացումը, ինչն, ըստ նախարարի, հնարավոր է ապահովել նաև հայրենադարձության շնորհիվ:

Նախարարը հավելեց նաև, որ հայրենադարձություն կազմակերպելու համար կարևոր գործոններից է ինտեգրման ռազմավարության մշակումը: «Այն հայը, ով մեր հայրենադարձության ծրագրով եկավ Հայաստան, պետք է անպայման ինտեգրվի մեր հասարակությանը: Այս իմաստով Սփյուռքի նախարարությունը լինելու է նախաձեռնող, բայց դրան պետք է լծվի ամբողջ պետությունը, այդ թվում՝ ժողովուրդը»,- ասաց նախարար Հայրապետյանը:

Անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե արդյոք «Արի տուն» ծրագիրը շարունակելու է գործել, թե ոչ՝ Մխիթար Հայրապետյանը նշեց, որ ընթացիկ տարում բոլոր ծրագրերն էլ կգործեն, վերանայումներ կլինեն հաջորդ տարիների համար:

«2018-ին չեն կասեցվելու թե «Արի տուն», թե նախարարության այլ ծրագրեր, բայց մի բան հստակ է, դրանք պետք է ռեբրենդինգի ենթարկել: Գուցե անվան, տեխնիկայի կամ իրագործման ոճի առումով: Գաղափարի առումով չեմ կարող ասել, որ իրականացվող ծրագրերը վատն են, այլ խնդիր է, որ պետք է ստեղծագործ մոտեցումներ լինեն»,-ավելացրեց պաշտոնյան։

Ինչ վերաբերում է սփյուռքի հետ աշխատանքին ու հայապահպանության ծրագրերին, ապա Մխիթար Հայրապետյանի վստահեցմամբ, սփյուռքում որևէ մեկը չի մնալու լուսանցքում: «Սա մեր նոր ռազմավարական քայլերից է լինելու՝ կուսակցական, եկեղեցական կառույցների, բիզնեսմենների, նախկինում Սփյուռքի նախարարության հետ ջերմ համագործակցություն ծավալածների հետ պահպանվելու է համագործակցություն: Այս բոլորին զուգահեռ կան օրինակ երիտասարդներ, ովքեր առանձին են գործում, նրանց մասով հատկապես շատ մեծ ուշադրություն է դարձվելու»,-ասաց նախարարը:
