Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խոստանում է կենսաթոշակների կուտակային համակարգի հետ կապված առաջարկել հանրության համար ընկալելի լուծումներ:

Վարչապետն այդ մասին ասաց ՀՀ նախագահական նստավայրում կառավարության անդամների երդմնակալության արարողությունից հետո լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը: Առաջիկայում բոլոր շահագրգիռ մարմինների մասնակցությամբ տեղի կունենա քննարկում, և մենք կտեսնենք, թե ինչ իրողություններ կան:  Շատ կարևոր եմ համարում, որ մենք արձանագրենք իրողությունները և առաջարկենք կոնկրետ լուծումեր: Մենք կարծում ենք, որ կառաջարկենք լուծումներ, որոնք ընկալելի կլինեն հանրության համար»,- ասաց վարչապետը:

Փաշինյանի խոսքով՝ ցանկացած որոշման վերաբերյալ, որի նկատմամբ կա հանրային հետաքրքրություն, կառավարությունը հանրության հետ բաց երկխոսություն պետք է ունենա: «Եթե մենք որևէ փաստարկով համոզվել ենք, որ այս կամ այն որոշումը ճիշտ է կամ սխալ, պետք է կարողանանք նույն փաստարկներով դա համոզել հանրությանը»,- ասաց վարչապետը:

Հարցին՝ հնարավոր համարո՞ւմ է, որ կուտակային համակարգի պարտադիր կոմպոնենտը հանվի, Փաշինյանը պատասխանեց. «Ես ասում եմ, որ կքննարկվի իրավիճակը, որովհետև կարող է պարզվել, որ այդ համակարգն արդեն որոշակի գիծ է անցել: Ես կարծում եմ, որ քննարկումների արդյունքում կառաջարկվեն լուծումներ, որոնք հասկանալի կլինեն հանրությանը»:
