Առողջապահության նախարարը հորդորում է բժիշկներին խուսափել անհարկի կրկնակի հետազոտություններից

ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը կոչ է անում բժիշկներին խուսափել պացիենտներին անհարկի կրկնակի հետազոտությունների ուղարկելուց: Նախարարը նման հորդորով դիմեց ֆեյսբուքյան ուղիղ հեռարձակմամբ:

«Հաճախ քաղաքացիները որևէ հետազոտություն անցած դիմում են մեկ այլ բուժկենտրոն, և ինչ-ինչ  պատճառներով այդ բուժկենտրոնի բժիշկները նրանցից պահանջում են կրկնակի հետազոտություններ: Պետք է ֆիքսել, որ հետազոտությունների անհարկի կրկնումներն այնքան էլ Հայաստանին բնորոշ երևույթ չեն: Կրկնակի հետազոտությունն այնքան էլ վատ չէ, երբ պատասխանատվություն կրող բժիշկն իսկապես ուզում է ստուգել նախկին կամ ոչ այնքան վստահելի կենտրոնի հետազոտությունները: Սակայն կա նաև երկրորդ նկատառում, երբ պացիենտին, նաև պետությանը դնում են հավելյալ ֆինանսական բեռի տակ: Ես անթույլատրելի եմ համարում պացիենտից պահանջել կրկնակի հետազոտություն, երբ առաջինը կատարված է պատշաճ որակի, պատշաճ սարքավորումներով»,-ասաց Թորոսյանը:

Նախարարի կարծիքով՝ նման դեպքերում հաճախ կա կոռուպցիոն ռիսկ: Նա կոչով դիմեց բուժաշխատողներին և որպես կոլեգա խնդրեց՝ նման երևույթներն իսպառ վերացնել՝ քաղաքացիների մոտ վստահություն ձեռք բերելու համար: Պետք է խուսափել անհարկի կրկնումներից: Նախարարը վստահեցրեց՝ ոչ մի նախարար, ոչ մի պաշտոնյա չի ուզում պատժիչ կամ այլ միջոցառումների դիմել:

«Ես հույս ունեմ, որ մեր բժշկական հասարակությունն  այնքան հասունացած է, որ նման հարցերը կլուծի կոլեգիալ մակարդակում: Իսկ նրանք, ովքեր չարամտորեն կշարունակեն դա, ապա կկիրառվեն համապատասխան միջոցառումներ»,-եզրափակեց Թորոսյանը:
