Մայիսի 24-ին ոստիկանության պետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանն աշխատանքային հանդիպում ունեցավ ոստիկանության անձնագրային եւ վիզաների վարչության անձնակազմի հետ։

Անդրադառնալով ոստիկանություն-հասարակություն կապի ամրապնդման խնդրին՝ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը կարեւորեց անձնագրային ծառայության աշխատակիցների կողմից քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ հարգալից, բարեկիրթ վերաբերմունքի անհրաժեշտությունը՝ նշելով, որ քաղաքացիների հետ անմիջականորեն առնչվող ստորաբաժանումների որակյալ ու բարեխիղճ աշխատանքով է պայմանավորված ոչ միայն տվյալ ստորաբաժանման, այլեւ ամբողջ համակարգի հանդեպ հանրային վստահության ամրապնդումը՝ իր խոսքում նշեց ոստիկանության պետը։

Առանձնապես կարեւորելով կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերի իսպառ բացառումը` Վալերիյ Օսիպյանն ընդգծեց, որ հետեւողական է լինելու այդ հարցում. խստորեն պատժվելու է կոռուպցիոն ցանկացած դրսեւորում։

Ոստիկանության պետը հանդիպման մասնակիցների ուշադրությունը հրավիրեց նաեւ կատարողական բարձր կարգապահության եւ մի շարք այլ հարցերի վրա՝ նշելով, որ գլխավոր սկզբունքը պետք է լինի հասարակությանը բարձրակարգ ծառայությունների մատուցումը։

Նույն օրը ոստիկանության պետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանն այցելեց ոստիկանության պետական պահպանության գլխավոր վարչություն։

Անձնակազմի հետ հանդիպման թեման բարձրակարգ ծառայությունների մատուցումն էր հասարակությանը։

Ընդհանուր առմամբ դրական գնահատելով ստորաբաժանման աշխատանքը՝ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանն անդրադարձավ նաեւ մի շարք թերությունների՝ խստիվ պահանջելով դրանց անհապաղ վերացումը։ Պետք է գիտակցել, որ մեկ աշխատակցի վատ աշխատանքը, համազգեստի ոչ պատշաճ կրումը կարող է ստվեր գցել մյուսների վրա. արտաքին ծառայություն իրականացնող ստորաբաժանումները հատկապես պետք է գիտակցեն, որ իրենց վարքագծով, պահվածքով համակարգի մասին կարող են լավ կամ վատ կարծիք կազմել թե մեր քաղաքացիները, թե օտարերկրացիները՝ ընդգծեց ոստիկանության պետը։
