Նոր Հայաստանում օրինական սեփականությունը պաշտպանվելու է: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ մայիսի 27-ին, Բաշ-Ապարանի հերոսամարտի տոնակատարությունների ժամանակ իր ելույթում նշեց ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը:

«Այսօր նշում ենք մայիսյան հերոսամարտերի 00 ամյակը, Սարդարապատը, Ղարաքիլիսան, Բաշ-Ապարանը արիության եւ ազատասիրության ոգեղեն հուշարձաններ են, որոնք մեզնից յուրաքանչյուրին հիշեցնում են աշխարհաքաղաքական մեր տարածաշրջանում ազատության եւ ինքնիշխանության նվաճման գինը: Այն մենք հեշտությամբ չենք նվաճել, բայց նաեւ չենք զիջել մեր արժանապատվությունը հանուն մեր ֆիզիկական գոյության:

Այսօրը պատմական է նույնքան, որքան պատմական էին 100 տարի առաջ մայիսիյան օրերը: Փոխվել է հազարամյակը, փոխվել են սերունդները, բայց հանուն սեփական իրավունքների պայքարելու հրամայականը նույնն է մնացել: Մեր ներքին ու արտաքին մարտահրավերները նույնն են մնացել»,-ասաց նա:

Ավինյանի խոսքով, այդ պայքարի շարունակությունն այսօր Արցախն է, Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի համար պայքարը. «Դա պայքար չէ տարածքների համար, այլ պայքար է հանուն իրավունքների, սեփական բնօրրանում ազատ ու երջանիկ, արժանապատիվ ապրելու իրավունքների:

Հայաստանում անդառնալիորեն, անշրջելիորեն մեկնարկել է պետականաշինության նոր փուլ, նոր փիլիսոփայություն, որում իրավունքի հարցն առաջնային պետք է լինի, որում ընտրությունները որպես ժողովրդի կամքի արտահայտություն ազատ պիտի լինեն, որտեղ կուսակցությունները պետք է ներկայացնեն ժողովրդին, որտեղ գործարարը կարիք չի ունենալու զբաղվել քաղաքականությամբ, որտեղ մարդն ու նրա օրինական սեփականությունը պաշտպանվելու են եւ որտեղից մարդիկ չեն արտագաղթելու, հակառակը՝ արտագաղթածներն են վերադառնալու: Գալու են հեղեղեն Հայաստանը իրենց կրթական, մշակութային ու ֆինանսական ներուժով: Սա է լինելու մեր հակահարվածը մեր ձախողումներին սպասող հակառակորդին: Մենք ապացուցելու ենք, որ ժողովրդավարությունն ու հզոր բանակը, բարեկեցությունն ու արդարությունը, նորարարությունն ու ավանդույթը ոչ միայն իրար չեն հակադրվելու, այլեւ անհրաժեշտ են մեկը մյուսին: Մենք հաջողելու ենք, որովհետեւ երկար էինք փնտրել այս ճանապարհը»,-իր խոսքն ամփոփեց փոխվարչապետը:

Նշենք, որ տոնակատարության շրջանակում Բաշ Ապարանի հերոսամարտի հուշահամալիրի հմոտ տեղի ունեցավ զինվորական շքերթ:
