ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը ճանապարհային ոստիկանության անձնակազմին հորդորել է օգտվել իրենց հեղինակությունը բարձրացնելու հնարավորությունից: Մայիսի 30-ին կայացած խորհրդակցության ժամանակ, որին մասնակցել է նաև ոստիկանության պետի տեղակալ Աղասի Կիրակոսյանը, Օսիպյանը խոսել է օրեր առաջ ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ծառայողներին տրված ցուցումների ու հանձնարարականների, դրանց կատարման ընթացքի, թերությունների ու բացթողումների մասին: «Այսօր ձեզ հնարավորություն է տրված բարձրացնելու ձեր հեղինակությունը, այո, դուք ապացուցելու խնդիր ունեք հասարակության մեջ: Ձեզանով է պայմանավորված հարգանքը դեպի ոստիկանություն»,- ասել է ոստիկանապետը:

Օսիպյանը շեշտել է կոռուպցիոն դրսևորումների բացառումն ու օրենքի առաջ բոլորի հավասարություն հաստատելու անհրաժեշտությունը: «Անկախ պաշտոնից, օլիգարխ լինելուց, եթե որևէ մեկը նեղում է, զանգեք, կգամ ձեր կողքին կկանգնեմ, ով ուզում է  լինի. պատգամավոր լինի, օլիգարխ լինի: Դուք եք օրենքը, բայց դա պետք է լինի կոռեկտության, օրենքի սահմաններում, պետք է ստիպեք օրինախախտին, որ նա հարգի օրենքը, Սահմանադրությունը, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում համակեցության կանոնները բոլորի համար են: Օրենքի գերակայություն պետք է լինի»,-ընդգծել է Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը:

Ոստիկանության պետի տեղակալ Աղասի Կիրակոսյանն էլ, դիմելով ճանապարհային ոստիկաններին՝ նշել է ծառայության որակի բարձրացման ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկվող միջոցառումների կարևորությունը, ծառայողական պարապմունքների պատշաճ անցկացումը, առանձին ոլորտներում՝ ճանապարհային ոստիկանության հետաքննչական, հաշվառման-քննական և այլ ստորաբաժանումներում ծառայության բարելավման մասին:
