D վիտամինը կարող է օգնել հղիանալ եւ վիժումը կանխել. հետազոտություն

D վիտամինն անհրաժեշտ է ոչ միայն ոսկորների ամրության պահպանման, այլեւ հղիությունը պահպանելու եւ վիժումը կանխելու համար, պնդում են ԱՄՆ առողջապահության ազգային ինստիտուտների գիտնականները:

Նրանք հայտնաբերել են, որ վիժումից հետո հղիանալ ծրագրող կանայք հղիանալու եւ նորմալ ծննդաբերելու ավելի մեծ հնարավորություններ ունեն, եթե նրանց օրգանիզմում D վիտամինի քանակությունը բավարար է:

Հետազոտության ընթացքում, որը հրապարակվել է The Lancet Diabetes & Endocrinology ամսագրում, գիտնականները վերլուծել են մոտ 1200 կանանց տվյալները: Մասնակիցների արյան մեջ D վիտամինի մակարդակը չափել են մինչեւ հղիանալը եւ հղիության 8-րդ շաբաթում: Վիտամինն անբավարար է համարվել արյան միլիլիտրին 30 նանոգրամից ցածր մակարդակի դեպքում: Պարզվել է, որ D վիտամինի նորմալ խտությամբ կանանց մոտ հղիանալու հավանականությունը 10 տոկոսով, իսկ ողջ երեխա ծնելու հավանականությունը 15 տոկոսով ավելի բարձր է եղել, քան վիտամինի դեֆիցիտով կանանց մոտ:

Հղիացած կանանց մոտ միլիլիտրին D  վիտամինի խտության յուրաքանչյուր 10 նանոգրամով մեծացումը կապված էր վիժման վտանգը 12 տոկոսով նվազեցնելու հետ: Ըստ որում՝ հղիության 8-րդ շաբաթում D վիտամինի խտությունը վիժման հավանականության վրա չի ազդել:

Հետազոտության հեղինակները նշել են, որ հայտնաբերված կապը պատճառահետեւանքային չէ: Սակայն հետագա հոտազոտություններ են անհրաժեշտ՝ հասկանալու համար, թե այս վիտամինի մակարդակն իրականում կոնկրետ ինչպես է ազդում հղիանալու եւ երեխա ծնելու հնարավորության վրա:
