ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանն ու առաջին տեղակալ Արման Սարգսյանը հունիսի 4-ին խորհրդակցություն են անցկացրել ոստիկանության օպերատիվ ծառայությունների ղեկավարության ու անձնակազմի հետ: Ոստիկանության պետն առաջնահերթ ընդգծել է կոռուպցիոն որևէ դրսևորման բացառումը, ուժային կառույցների և այլ գերատեսչությունների հետ սերտ համագործակցության ապահովումը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և լրատվության վարչությունից։

Հաղորդագրության մեջ նաև նշված է. «Խիստ հրահանգ տրվեց բացառել հանցագործության դեպքերի թաքցնելու արատավոր երևույթն ու ոստիկանության բաժիններում բռնության որևէ դրսևորում:

Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը կարևորեց նախկինում կատարված ու չբացահայտված հանցագործությունների բացահայտման ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկող միջոցառումները: Նշվեց ծանր, առանձնապես ծանր, հասարակական հնչողություն ունեցող դեպքերը սեղմ ժամկետներում բացահայտելու կարևորությունը, նաև մատնանշվեցին կոնկրետ հանցատեսակներ՝ բնակարանային գողություններ, գրպանահատություն, ապօրինի թմրամիջոցների իրացում, օգտագործում և այլն, որոնց կանխելու ու բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ ոստիկանությունը պետք է աշխատի առավել ինտենսիվ: 

Ոստիկանության պետը առաջնային խնդիրներից համարելով անչափահասների հետ տարվող աշխատանքը՝ հանձնարարական տվեց շարունակել միջոցառումները անչափահասների շրջանում՝ նրանց հակահասարակական արարքներից զերծ պահելու համար:

Օպերլիազորներին ցուցումներ տրվեց առավել սերտ համագործակցել համայնքային ոստիկանության հետ, կարևորվեց նաև բացատրական աշխատանքը ոչ միայն բնակիչների, այլև նախկինում դատապարտված անձանց շրջանում:

Ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարներին հանձնարարվեց սպասարկման տարածքներում հայտնաբերել առանց լիցենզիայի կամ օրինական այլ փաստաթղթի գործունեություն ծավալողներին: 

Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը օպերլիազորների ուշադրությունը հրավիրեց այս տարվա աշնանը հանրապետությունում կայանալիք «Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի գագաթնաժողովի» և Երևանի 2800-ամյակին նվիրված միջոցառումների պատշաճ անցկացմանը և այդ ուղղությամբ նրանց ծառայությանը:

Խորհրդակցության ավարտին ծանր ու առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործությունների բացահատման, մասնագիտական հմտությունների և բարեխիղճ ծառայության համար ոստիկանության մի շարք ծառայողներ պարգևատրվեցին մեդալներով ու կրծանշաններով»:
