ՀՀԿ-ն պատրաստ է քննարկել Ընտրական օրենսգրքի բարեփոխումների շուրջ առաջարկությունները

Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը պատրաստ է լսել Ընտրական օրենսգրքի շուրջ առաջարկությունները և իր կողմից ներկայացնել նոր առաջարկություններ: Այդ մասին ՀՀԿ գործադիր մարմնի նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտարարեց Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ, ՀՀԿ մամուլի խոսնակ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը: «Կառավարությունը, քաղաքական ուժերը, քաղաքացիական հասարակությունը պատրաստվում են ԱԺ- ներկայացնել Ընտրական օրենսգրքի նոր տարբերակը: ՀՀԿ-ն պատրաստ է լսել առաջարկները և տալ առաջարկություններ՝ հասնելու նոր Ընտրական օրենսգրքի բարեփոխումներին:

Մեր կառավարման ընթացքում մենք բարեփոխումներ ենք իրականացրել օրենսգրքում՝ դրանք  քննարկելով քաղաքական ուժերի, միջազգային կազմակերպությունների, այդ թվում Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի հետ և ստացել դրական եզրակացություն: Ամենակարևորը՝ օրենսգիրքն արժանացել է խորհրդարանական քաղաքական ուժերի կոնսենսուսին»,- ասաց ԱԺ փոխնախագահը: Շարմազանովը նշեց, որ ակնկալում է, որպեսզի նոր կառավարությունը ևս որդեգրի այս քաղաքականությունը և օրենսգրքի բարեփոխումները կքննարկի բոլոր ուժերի հետ՝ իրականացնելով բովանդակային քննարկումներ:

«Արտահերթ ընտրությունները պատվերով համերգ չեն, և քաղաքական ուժերը պետք է դրանց մոտենան Ընտրական բարեփոխված օրենսգրքով, որը պետք է ունենա լայն կոնսենսուս, մասնագիտական գնահատական նաև միջազգային կազմակերպությունների կողմից»,- ասաց Շարմազանովը:
