«Նոր կառավարության կազմում երկու նախարար կա, որոնց նշանակումը ոչ միայն որևէ կերպ արդարացված չէ, այլև անհասկանալի է և տարակուսելի: Սփյուռքի և մշակույթի նախարարներն են նրանք: Մշակույթի նախարարին չեմ անդրադառնա այժմ, քանի որ մշակույթն առանց նախարարի ու նախարարության էլ կգոյատևի:

Ինչ վերաբերում է Սփյուռքի նախարարին, վերջինս այսօր հայտարարել է․ «Ես Սփյուռքի նախարար եմ նշանակվել իմ քաղաքական թիմի կողմից, որպեզի կարողանամ Սփյուռքը ճանաչելու, Սփյուռքի հետ աշխատելու իմ փորձը բերել Սփյուռքի նախարարություն»,-այսօրվա ասուլիսում ասել է 27-ամյա նախարարը, ով մինչև այս պաշտոնին նշանակվելը զբոսաշրջային այցեր է կազմակերպել Արևմտյան Հայաստան և «Սփյուռքը ճանաչելու փորձ է ձեռք բերել»:

Լսելով նրան՝ մտածում ես, որ ինքնահավանությունն և տգիտությունը տարիք չեն ճանաչում, և այդ երկու հատկությունները երկվորյակ եղբայրներ են: Վերջերս նա ուղերձ էր հղել «համայն աշխարհի հայերին»՝ հայտարարելով, որ «իմ անձի դեմ նախապես ծրագրավորած արշավ է սկսել»: Ախր, դու ո՞վ ես, դու դեռ անձ էլ չես դարձել, որ քո դեմ արշավեն: Այսպես որ շարունակվի, իր անունն էլ վկայակոչելով իրեն կհռչակի Մխիթար սպարապետ:

Եթե նա պետք է լինի Սփյուռքի նախարար, ավելի լավ է նախարարություն չլինի: Ի վերջո, այս նախարարության շատ գործառույթներ կրկնում են արտգործնախարարությանը: Թող լուծարեն այս նախարարությանը և մեծացնեն ԱԳՆ–ի Սփյուռքի վարչությունը»:
