Մոսկվայում մեկնարկել է Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարարներ Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանի և Սերգեյ Լավրովի հանդիպումը։ Այս մասին Facebook-ում հայտնել է Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարության մամուլի քարտուղար Տիգրան Բալայանը:

Հանդիպումից հետո կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսին Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը հայտարարել է, որ Մնացականյանի հետ քննարկել են էներգետիկ, հաղորդակցման, բանկային և մի շարք այլ ոլորտներում համատեղ նախագծերի իրագործման ընթացքը: Բացի այդ կողմերը դրական են գնահատել միջշրջանային կապերի դինամիկ զարգացումը՝ կարևորելով նաև համագործակցությունը հումանիտար ոլորտում:

«Մենք սերտ համագործակցում ենք և համակարգում մեր գործողությունները միջազգային հարթակում: Այսօր քննարկեցինք այն գործնական խնդիրները, որոնց այս համատեքստում մեր ներկայացուցիչները բախվել են ԱՊՀ-ում, ԵԱՏՄ-ում, ՀԱՊԿ-ում, ՄԱԿ-ի, ԵԱՀԿ-ի, Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի հարթակներում…

Իհարկե խոսել ենք նաև Հարավային Կովկասում անվտանգության և կայունության ապահովման խնդիրներից, այդ թվում՝ ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունից»,-ասել է Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարարը:

Լավրովի խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի մյուս երկրների հետ կշարունակի աջակցել հակամարտող կողմերին՝ գտնելու փոխշահավետ լուծումներ:
