ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահը ծանոթացել է Կոտայքի վարչության աշխատանքային պայմանների բարելավմանը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Աղվան Հովսեփյանը աշխատանքային այցով մեկնել է Կոտայքի մարզ և տեղում ծանոթացել մարզային քննչական վարչության աշխատանքային պայմանները բարելավելու ուղղությամբ իրականացվող աշխատանքներին։

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից՝ հավելելով. «Նախորդ տարիների ընթացքում գործուն քայլեր իրականացվել են Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության և Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնի շենքային պայմանները բարելավելու ուղղությամբ, ստեղծվել հատուկ աշխատասենյակներ՝ առանձին քննչական գործողությունները, այդ թվում՝ ճանաչում, առերես հարցաքննություն, անչափահասների հարցաքննություն իրականացնելու համար։

Այս տարի բարեկարգվել են նաև Չարենցավանի բաժնի աշխատանքային պայմանները. ՀՀ կառավարության 14.12.2017թ. թիվ 1635-Ա որոշմամբ՝ Չարենցավան քաղաքի Աբովյան 8 հասցեում գտնվող 394.0 քմ մակերեսով շենքն ամրացվել է «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտ» պետական կառավարչական հիմնարկին՝  Չարենցավանի քննչական բաժնի շենքային պայմանները բարելավելու նպատակով։

ՀՀ ՔԿ Նախագահը Կոտայքի մարզպետի և իրավապահ ոլորտի մյուս կառույցների տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարների ուղեկցությամբ շրջայց է կատարել քննչական բաժնի շենքում, ծանոթացել նոր աշխատանքային պայմաններին, աշխատակիցների հետ քննարկել տարբեր քրեական գործերով իրականացվող նախաքննության ժամկետներին, քննության ընթացքում ի հայտ եկող խնդիրներին վերաբերող հարցեր, տվել կոնկրետ հանձնարարականներ՝ նախաքննության արդյունավետությունը բարձրացնելու ուղղությամբ։

Նշենք, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ձևավորման պահից՝ 2014 թվականի հոկտեմբերից առ այսօր զգալի աշխատանքներ են կատարվել՝ Քննչական կոմիտեի տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների շենքային պայմանները բարելավելու ուղղությամբ. հիմնանորոգվել են Քննչական կոմիտեի կենտրոնական, Սյունիքի, Կոտայքի, Արագածոտնի, Վայոց Ձորի, Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչությունների, Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժնի, Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վարդենիսի և Մարտունու քննչական բաժինների, Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչության Արթիկի քննչական բաժնի, Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչության Նոյեմբերյանի քննչական բաժնի, Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնի, Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության, Արաբկիր և Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժինների շենքերը»:
