Այն, ինչ տեղի է ունենում Արցախում, լիովին տեղավորվում է Արցախի Սահմանադրության շրջանակներում եւ կարծում եմ այդպես էլ կշարունակվի: Այս մասին երեկ՝ հունիսի 7-ին, ԱԺ հատուկ նիստում կառավարության ծրագրի ընդունումից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Դիտարկմանը, որ ցույցերը դադարեցնելու մասին իր կոչն ուղղված արցախցիներին կարող է համարվել միջամտություն Արցախի ներքին կյանքին, ՀՀ վարչապետն արձագանքեց. «Իմ եղբայրներին ու քույրերին դիմել եմ կոչով եւ խնդրանքով: Որեւէ մեկին խնդրանքով դիմելը ինչպես կարող է դիտվել որպես միջամտություն»:

Նա հաստատեց, որ հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել Արցախի արդեն նախկին պետնախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանի հետ. «Ես տեղեկացել եմ, որ Ղարաբաղում տեղեկություններ կան, որ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը պատրաստվում է հրաժարական տալ, զանգահարել եմ, հարցրել եմ պատճառը: Փորձել եմ հասկանալ, թե արդյոք այդ պատճառների մեջ կան նրբերանգներ, որոնք կարող են անհանգստացնել ՀՀ իշխանություններին, նա ասել է, որ որոշում է կայացրել եւ հիմնավորել է իր որոշումը: Ես ընդունել եմ ի գիտություն»:

 

Նշենք, որ հունիսի 6-ին հրաժարականներ են ներկայացրել Արցախի պետնախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, ոստիկանապետ Կամո Աղաջանյանը, ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Արշավիր Ղարամյանը:
