«ՀԺ»| Լոռու մարզի Ջրաշեն գյուղի գյուղապետ Վահան Ոռուսյանը համայնքի միջոցներով նախորդ տարի գնել է LEXUS GX470 դասի ամենագնաց, դրա դիմաց համայնքի բյուջեից վճարելով 9 միլիոն 350 հազար դրամ գումար, որից 8.5 միլիոնը՝ մեքենայի արժեք, իսկ մնացած մասը՝ եկամտահարկ:

Գյուղապետը որպես իր վարորդ աշխատանքի է ընդունել հարազատ եղբորը՝ Վազգեն Ուռուսյանին, ով նշված պաշոնին է 2007 թվականից մինչ օրս: Ներկայումս վարորդի հաստիքի համար գյուղապետի եղբոր աշխատավարձը կազմում է 165 հազար դրամ, մինչդեռ նախորդ տարի նրա աշխատավարձը կազմել է 155 000 դրամ: Գրեթե ամեն տարի գյուղապետի եղբոր աշխատավարձը բարձրացել է: Այս մասին armtimes.com-ին հայտնեց Ջրաշենի գյուղապետարանի հաշվապահ Անաստաս Հակոբյանը:

Ջրաշենի գյուղապետի՝ բյուջեի հաշվին թույլ տրվող ճոխություններն ու հարազատներին լավություն անելը այսքանով չի ավարտվում: Գյուղապետարանի շինությունը, որտեղ աշխատակազմն է աշխատում, հանդիսանում է գյուղապետի կնոջ՝ Գոհար Անտոնյանի սեփականությունը: Գյուղապետը վարձակալության պայմանագիր է կնքել կնոջ հետ, որի դիմաց յուրաքանչյուր ամիս համայնքի բյուջեից վճարում է 100 հազար դրամ գումար: Նախկինում վարձակալության արժեքը եղել է 40 հազար ու հասել 100 հազարի: Գյուղապետարանի աշխատակազմի հաշվապահը մեզ հետ զրույցում հայտնեց, որ ամսեկան 100 հազար դրամ վճարում են արդեն երեք տարի. «Տարիների ընթացքում բարձրացել է: Պահումները հանած մոտ 90 հազար դրամ է, որից միայն էլեկտրաէներգիայի վարձն է համայնքը վճարում, մյուս կոմունալները սեփականատերն է վճարում, այսինքն՝ գյուղապետի կինը»,-ասաց հաշվապահը:

Թե որքանով էր հրատապ ու կարեւոր շուրջ 20 հազար դոլլարով թանկարժեք LEXUS ձեռք բերելը բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ ունեցող գյուղի համար, գյուղապետը հարցական պարզաբանեց. «Բայց ի՞նչ մի մեծ մեքենա է որ, ասենք թե ժիգուլի քշի, ինչն ա տարբերությունը…բյուջես հերիքել ա՝ արել եմ»: Իսկ թե ինչու հենց հարազատ եղբորն ընտրեց, ով ստանում է ամսեկան 160 հազար դրամ աշխատավարձ, նշեց. «Իմ կյանքը ախպորիցս լավ ոչ մեկին չեմ վստահում»:
