ԲՀԿ-ական նախարարը տվեց Կառավարության սոցիալական քաղաքականության մեկնարկը

Շավաշ Բզնունյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Մեծամորի ատոմակայանը արդեն տևական ժամանակ չի գործում վերանորոգման նպատակներով։ Թվում է, թե այս պայմաններում էլեկտրոէներգիայի սակագնի որևէ փոփոխությունը հեքիաթի ժանրից է, բայց շնորհիվ Կառավարության ԲՀԿ-ական կադրերի, անգամ անհավատալին իրականություն դարձավ։

 

Օրեր առաջ Կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ ՀՀ էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարար Արթուր Գրիգորյանը առաջարկեց անապահով խավի համար 10 դրանմով իջեցնել էլեկտրոէներգիայի սակագինը, և այժմ Կառավարությունը ուսումնասիրում է նախախարի առաջարկը և մոտ ապագայում այն իրականություն կդառնա։ Այսպիսով ԲՀԿ-ական նախարարը տվեց Կառավարության սոցիալական քաղաքականության մեկնարկը։

Ներկայիս Կառավարությունը համաժողովրդական սեր և վստահություն վայելող Կառավարություն է և դրանում իրենց մեծ ներդրումը ունեն ԲՀԿ-ական նախարարները, որոնք իրենց աշխատանքը սկսել են ոչ միյան մեծ նվիրումով, այլ նաև իրենց ստանձնած պատասխանատվության խոր գիտակցմամբ։

Իհարկե դրանում նաև մեծ դեր ունի Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անձը, քանի որ հենց նա է զբաղվել կադրերի ընտրությամբ և հենց նա է նրանց գործուղղել Կառավարություն։ Ավելին, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անձնական հորդորով և հանձնանարարությամբ այն ոլորտներում, որտեղ ստուգումներ են անցկացնելու համապատասխան գերատեսչություններիԲՀԿ-ական ղեկավարները, այդ ստուգումները պետք սկսեն հենց Ծառուկյանին պատկանող ընկերություններից։

Այդ մասին արդեն հայտարարել է Էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարար Արթուր Գրիգորյանը և ԱԻՆ նախարար Հրաչյա Ռոստոմյանը, ովքեր պաշտոնապես հայտարարել են, որ հենց Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն է հանձնարարել իրենց ստուգումները սկսել հենց իրեն պատկանող ընկերություններից։

Սա խոսում է թափանցիկ գործելաոճի և արդար ու օրինական աշխատանքի մասին, երբ կուսակցական պատկանելությունը և մեկ կուսակցության անդամ լինելը ոչ միայն որևէ արտոնություն չեն ենթադրում նախարարների ստուգումների դեպքում, այլ հակառակը, խրախուսում և պահանջում են այդ ստուգումները սկսել հենց համակուսակիցների ընկերութուններից։

Սա է ԲՀԿ-ի ոճը, որը կարող է և պետք է օրինակ ծառայի բոլոր մյուս կուսակցությունների համար, և այս ոճը լավագույնս դրսևորում են Կառավարության կազմում գործող ԲՀԿ-ական նախարարները։
