ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը չի կարծում, թե ՀՅԴ-ն դուրս կգա կառավարության կազմից:

«Չեմ կարծում, և քննարկումն էլ դա ցույց տվեց», - կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց նախարարը՝ անդրադառնալով «Կուտակային կենսաթոշակների մասին» օրենքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ Արծվիկ Մինասյանի հայտարարությանը, ըստ որի՝ ինքը դեմ է քվեարկելու նախագծին:

 Նա նշեց, թե շատ ուրախ է, որ նման քննարկում կա, քանի որ, ըստ նրա, սա բացառիկ երևույթ է Հայաստանում:  Դիտարկմանը, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շատ կոշտ է արձագանքում իրեն ընդդիմացողներին, Արայիկ Հարությունյանն ասաց. 

«Յուրաքանչյուրն իր դիրքորոշումն ունի և իր դիրքորոշումն արտահայտելու ձևը: Կարծում եմ, որ այնտեղ կոռեկտության որևէ սահման չի խախտվել», - ասաց Արայիկ Հարությունյանը՝ ապա ավելացրեց. «Ընդունվել է ամենաօպտիմալ որոշումը, որ կարող էր ընդունվել»:

ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը նշել է, որ ի սկզբանե կուտակային կենսաթոշակային համակարգի հետ կապված ունեցել է առարկություններ և գտնում է այժմ էլ նախագծին կողմ քվեարկելով՝ կունենա սկզբունքային հակասություն նախկին դիրքորոշման հետ, ուստի ընդունելով, որ որոշումը պարտադրված է՝ ինքը դեմ է քվեարկելու, սակայն որպես կոլեգիալ մարմնի անդամ՝ լիարժեք կատարելու է այն։
 
Արձագանքելով՝ վարչապետն ընդգծել է, որ որոշումն ընդունվում է թիմային պատասխանատվությամբ։ «Այս որոշումը մենք պետք է թիմով ընդունենք և գնանք այդ լուծմանը։ Ովքեր այս պատասխանատվությունը վերցնում են՝ մեզ հետ են, ովքեր չեն վերցնում, մեզ հետ չեն»։
 
Արդյունքում նախագիծն ընդունվել է միաձայն:
