Քննչական կոմիտեն մեղադրանք է առաջադրել Գյումրիում երկու անձի սպանության համար

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերով քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով իրականացված մեծածավալ քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է Գյումրիում մայիսի 17-ին տեղի ունեցած երկու անձի սպանությունը. մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 1997թ. ծնված երիտասարդի: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից՝ հավելելով. «Մայիսի 17-ին՝ ժամը 17:15-ին, Գյումրիի բժշկական կենտրոնից ահազանգ էր ստացվել, որ հրազենային վնասվածքներով իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել երկու անձի դի։

Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել էր տուժողների ինքնությունը, ովքեր հորեղբոր որդիներ են՝ ծնված 1981 և 1985 թթ.։ Դեպքի առթիվ ՔԿ Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որով նախաքննությունն իրականացվում է ՀՀ ՔԿ հատկապես կարևոր գործերով քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում:

Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, սպանության շարժառիթը, փաստական տվյալներ ձեռք բերվել ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնության վերաբերյալ, ով Գյումրի քաղաքի բնակիչ է՝ ծնված 1997թ., և հայտարարվել հետախուզում։

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ երիտասարդները կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի հրազենային վնասվածքներն ստացել են մայիսի 17-ին՝ ժամը 17:00-ի սահմաններում, Գյումրի քաղաքի Ղուկասյան փողոցում տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ:

Պարզվել է, որ վիճաբանությունն սկսվել է 15։30-ի սահմաններում՝ Գյումրիի Տերյան փողոցում՝ տուժողներից մեկի եղբոր և 1997 թ. ծնված գյումրեցու մասնակցությամբ, որի ժամանակ վերջինս ծեծի է ենթարկել տուժողներից մեկի եղբորը։ Ավելի ուշ կողմերը հանդիպել են Ղուկասյան փողոցում՝ տեղի ունեցածի շուրջ պարզաբանումներ կատարելու նպատակով, որի ժամանակ էլ 1997 թվականին ծնված երիտասարդն ինքնաձիգից կրակոցներ է արձակել ավելի վաղ իր կողմից բռնության ենթարկված երիտասարդի եղբոր և հորեղբոր որդու ուղղությամբ, որի հետևանքով ստացած հրազենային վնասվածքներից նրանք մահացել են։

Քրեական գործով հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող 21-ամյա երիտասարդը ինքնակամ ներկայացել է, հանձնել «Կալաշնիկով» տեսակի ինքնաձիգ՝ լիցքավորված պահունակով։ Վերջինիս մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 6-րդ կետերով և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և հարցաքննվել, նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:

Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատագենետիկական, համալիր դատանյութագիտական, դատաձգաբանական, դատահետքաբանական, դատակենսաբանական և դատաբժշկական, դատաքիմիական ու դատամատնադրոշմային փորձաքննություններ:

Քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, քննություն է տարվում՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի հետազոտումն ապահովելու, մեղադրյալի ցուցմունքներում մատնանշված հանգամանքները ստուգելու ուղղությամբ։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով»:
