Գյուղնախարարն այցելեց Արարատի մարզի համայնքներ և մթերող կազմակերպություններ

Գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Արթուր Խաչատրյանն այսօր աշխատանքային այցով Արարատի մարզում էր, որտեղ մարզպետ Գարիկ Սարգսյանի ուղեկցությամբ եղավ մարզի մի շարք համայնքներում եւ մթերող կազմակերպություններում:

Մարզի ղեկավարի եւ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարի այցի առաջին կանգառը Վերին Դվին համայնքն էր: 2700 բնակչություն ունեցող համայնքում այս տարի նախատեսվում է ստանալ ավելի քան 800 տոննա ծիրանի բերք: Համայնքի մի քանի ֆերմերներ արդեն իսկ անցել են կաթիլային ոռոգման համակարգի եւ զգացել դրա արդյունավետությունը ջրի, ժամանակի, աշխատանքի խնայողության, եւ մի շարք այլ տեսանկյուններից: Գյուղնախարարի եւ մարզպետի հետ զրույցի ընթացքում հողագործները ներկայացնելով հողի մշակման հետ կապված մի շարք խնդրահարույց հարցեր, ընդգծեցին, որ ցածր տոկոսադրույքով վարկերի տրամադրման եւ ոռոգման ջրի անխափան մատակարարման դեպքում համայնքում մշակվող բանջարաբոստանային կուլտուրաների ցանկը կհամալրվի եւս մեկով՝ ելակով:

Դվին համայնքում, որտեղ այգեգործները հիմնականում զբաղվում են ծիրանի ու դեղձի մշակմամբ, իրենց խնդիրների մասին խոսելիս ընդգծեցին գրեթե նույն հոգսերն ինչ Վերին Դվին համայնքի բնակիչները: Նրանք հավելեցին նաեւ, որ գյուղացու հոգսերի թեթեւացման եւ ներքին շուկայում բերքի արդյունավետ սպառման տարբերակ կարող է հանդիսանալ մայրաքաղաքում հատուկ ֆերմերների համար նախատեսված գյուղատնտեսական շուկայի առկայությունը:

Գյուղացիների հետ զրույցի ընթացքում Արարատի մարզպետ Գարիկ Սարգսյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ առաջիկայում ՀՀ կառավարությունը նախատեսում է մշակել մի նախագիծ, ըստ որի՝ տարեսկզբին գյուղացին հնարավորություն կունենա ապահովագրել իր բերքն ու, անբարենպաստ եղանակի պատճառով առաջացած խնդիրների դեպքում կստանա ֆինանսական փոխհատուցում:

Շրջայցի ընթացքում նախարարը եղավ նաեւ «Պռոշյանի կոնյակի գործարանի» Մրգավանի մթերման կայանում եւ «ԱՐՏՖՈՒԴ» Արտաշատի պահածոների գործարանում: Հյուրերը եղան կազմակերպությունների վերամշակման բաժիններում, ծանոթացան արտադրանքին: Ձեռնարկություններն այս պահին ծանրաբեռնված են առավելապես պահածոների արտադրման աշխատանքներով: Մրգավանի մասնաճյուղում այս պահին մեծ թափով ընթանում են կանաչ ընկույզի եւ բալի պահածոյացման աշխատանքները: Գործարանի արտադրանքի 70 տոկոսը նախատեսված է արտաքին շուկայի՝ մեծամասամբ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն արտահանման համար:

«ԱՐՏՖՈՒԴ» Արտաշատի պահածոների գործարանում եւս ակտիվ արտադրական պրոցես է: Այստեղ իրականացվում են նաեւ նոր սարքավորումներով համալրման աշխատանքներ, ինչը թույլ կտա կրկնապատկել արտադրանքի ծավալը:
