Չնայած վաղ առավոտյան հնչած ադրբեջանական կրակահերթերին` այգեպարցիները ամուր կանգնած են բանակի թիկունքին, իսկ գյուղում բարոյահոգեբանական վիճակը խիստ բարձր է: Հասանելի են նաև ադրբեջանական բանակի՝ խաղաղ բնակիչների դեմ գործած հանցագործության լուսանկարները:
Այգեպար համայնքի ղեկավար Անդրանիկ Այդինյանը «Արմենպրես» գործակալությանը տեղեկացրել է, որ այս պահին իրավիճակը թեև հանգիստ է, սակայն որոշակի լարվածություն այնուամենայնիվ պահպանվում է:
ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարության փրկարար ծառայություն օգոստոսի 10-ին` ժամը 04.20-ին, ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ հրդեհ է բռնկվել Տավուշի մարզի Այգեպար գյուղի տներից մեկում: Այրվել են 130քմ. մակերեսով Ա. Վ.-ին և 120քմ. մակերեսով Ա. Գ.-ին պատկանող տները: Հրդեհն ինքնամարվել է. տներն ամբողջությամբ այրվել են:
Հրդեհը բռնկվել է ադրբեջանական զինուժի կողմից այրող փամփուշտներով հայկական բնակավայրերը կրակի տակ պահելու հետեւանքով: Իսկ հրշեջ մեքենան չի կարողացել մոտենալ, քանի որ ճանապարհը եւս անընդհատ կրակի տակ է եղել: ՀՀ զինված ուժերի պատասխանից հետո կրակը դադարեցվել է:

Սահմանային լարվածության այս օրերին մեզ հաջողվեց հասնել աննախադեպ միասնության թե սահմանում, թե թիկունքում, թե քաղաքական, և թե բարոյական դաշտերում: Այդ ոգին չկոտրելու համար հարկավոր է, որ քաղաքացին, սահմանում գնդակոծված և անտուն մացած բնակիչը շոշափելիորեն զգա պետության աջակցությունը: Եվ ա պետք է արվի՝ անկախ նրանից, թե բյուջեում ինչպիսի ծակուծուկեր կան: Մինչ Երևանում փողկապներով և լուրջ դեմքերով բյուջեներ են քննարկում՝ այդ մարդիկ սահման են պահում: Թեուզ սահմանագոտում իրենց լուռ ներկայությամբ, իրենց համեստ կենցաղով: Բայց պահում են...
Ընդունեք սա որպես կոչ, պահանջ, հորդոր, խնդրանք, աղաչանք, պաղատանք՝ այդ մարդկանց պետք է օգնել՝ վերակառուցելու իրենց կացարանները: Պետք է օգնել անհապաղ, կայծակնային: Ավելին, հնարավորության դեպքում պետք է կառուցել ավելի լավը, ավելի բարվոքը: Որպեսզի մարդիկ զգան, որ իրենք անպաշտպան չեն, որ պետությունը կիսում է իրենց ցավն ու ձգտում է ավելին անել...
