անվտանգության ծառայության կողմից ԵԿՄ նախագահ, ԱԺ պատգամավոր Մանվել Գրիգորյանին բերման ենթարկելու  գործողությունն ապօրինի է եւ մենք դա բողոքարկել ենք դատարանում: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Մանվել Գրիգորյանի փաստաբան Հրանտ Անանյանը:

«Մանվել Գրիգորյանը բերման է ենթարկվել Էջմիածնի ԵԿՄ գրասենյակից եւ ձերբակալման հիմքեր են նշվել այն, որ անձը բռնվել է հանցագործություն կատարելիս եւ նրա ձերբակալման նպատակն է նրա փախուստ կանխելը: ԵԿՄ-ում այդ պահին կատարվել է խուզարկություն եւ այդ խուզարկությամբ օրենքով արգելված առարկա չի հայտնաբերվել եւ առգրավվել: Մանվել  Գրիգորյանը չի բռնվել ծանր հանցագործություն կատարելիս կամ այն կատարելուց անմիջապես հետո, իսկ ԱԺ պատգամավորին կալանավորելու միակ չափանիշը դա է: Մենք ձերբակալելու որոշումը բողոքարկել ենք դատարանում եւ մեր բողոքը շուտով կքննվի»,-ասաց փաստաբանը նշելով, որ հարուցված քրեական գործի դեպքում էլ ձերբակալությունը անօրինական է, քանի որ նա նախապես պետք է ծանուցվեր:

Փաստաբանն ասաց, որ Մանվել Գրիգորյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 235-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով՝ մի խումբ անձանց կողմից նախնական համաձայնությամբ հրազեն և ռազմամթերք ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք բերելը և պահելը: Իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքը Մանվել Գրիգորյանը չի ընդունում:

Նշենք, որ ԱԱԾ-ն դիմել է ԱԺ` Մանվել Գրիգորյանին մանդատից զրկելու համար:
