Ես մեծ ողբերգություն չեմ տեսնում, երբ դատարանները մի շարք դեպքերում կալանքի սանկցիա չեն տալիս ձերբակալված անձանց։ Այս մասին այսօր` հունիսի 17-ին, ֆեյսբուքյան ուղիղ եթերի ժամանակ ասել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

«Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ես այդտեղ մեծ ողբերգություն չեմ տեսնում, որովհետեւ արդեն ասել եմ, որ դատարանները պետք է լինեն անկախ։ Ես գայթակղությանը չեմ տրվելու, որ զանգեմ կամ վարչական ճնշումներ գործադրեմ, որ ինչ-որ մարդկանց կալանեն, ինչ-որ մարդկանց կալանքից ազատեն։

Բայց դա նորմալ է, եթե դատավորները գործում եմ օրինական։ Եթե հանկարծ պարզվի` որեւէ դատավոր գործում է անձնական շահագրգռվածությունից, ֆինանսական, կոռուպցիոն, բարեկամական, կլանային շահագրգռությունների շրջանակում, վայը եկել եւ տարել է այդպիսի մարդկանց, ով ուզում է լինի»,-հայտարարեց Փաշինյանը։

Նրա խոսքով, իրենք դատարաններին ոչ մի հրահանգ չեն տալու, եւ դատարանները պետք է կայացնեն օրենքի շրջանակներում. «Բայց եթե կան դատավորներ, որոնք շարունակում են զանգեր ստանալ մարդկանցից, ումից նախկինում ստացել են զանգեր եւ շարունակում են այդ զանգերով գործել, ուրեմն զանգողն էլ, զանգ ստացողն էլ շատ լուրջ մտածելու բան ունեն»,-հավելեց նա:

Հիշեցնենք, որ մասնավորապես, դատարանը մերժել էր Մասիսի քաղաքապետին եւ փոխքաղաքապետին կալանելու քննիչի միջնորդությունը, որոնք մեղադրվում են ապրիլի 22-ին Էրեբունիում ցուցարարների դեմ բռնություններին մասնակից լինելու մեջ։
