ԱԱԾ-ի կողմից հարուցված քրեական գործում, որի շրջանակում ձերբակալվել է ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր, ԵԿՄ նախագահ Մանվել Գրիգորյանը, ապրիլյան պատերազմի ժամանակ դպրոցականների կողմից ուղարկված օգնությունը գողանալու մասով կասկածանք առաջադրված չէ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի նկատմամբ։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Մանվել Գրիգորյանի փաստաբան Հրանտ Անանյանը՝ անդրադառնալով ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությանը։

«Մանվել Գրիգորյանի նկատմամբ որեւէ այդպիսի կասկածանք առաջադրված։ Նա այդ հիմքով չի ձերբակալվել, անգամ ապացուցողական հիմք մեզ չի ներկայացվել։ Ես անակնկալի եմ եղել վարչապետի հայտարարությունից»,-ասաց փաստաբանը՝ հավելելով, որ այս  պահին հարուցված քրեական գործը վերաբերում է ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերք պահելուն։

Հարցին, թե ինչպե՞ս եք արձագանքելու վարչապետի հայտարարությանը, Հրանտ Անանյանը նշեց, որ իրենց քայլերը պայմանավորված պետք է լինեն նախաքննության մարմնի որոշումներով. «Եթե այդ մասով լինի կասկածանք կամ երբ մեղադրանք առաջադրելու ժամանակ նման մեղադրանք լինի, կհասկանանք իրավիճակը, նոր կորոշենք։ Այս պահին ոչինչ ասել չեմ կարող»։

Նշենք, որ այս պահին Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Ավան եւ Նոր Նորք Զեյթուն եւ Նոր Նորքի նստավայրում ընթանում է Մանվել Գրիգորյանի ձերբակալության որոշումը բողոքարկելու հարցով քննությունը։

Ավելի վաղ NEWS.am-ը հայտնել էր, որ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Facebook-ի ուղիղ եթերում հայտարարել էր, որ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի ձերբակալությունը կապված է ոչ միայն մեծ քանակությամբ զենք-զինամթերք պահելու հետ, այլև կան կասկածների, որ նա մասնակցություն ունի ապրիլյան պատերազմի համար հավաքված օգնությունները յուրացնելու և գողանալու հետ։

Նշենք, որ Մանվել Գրիգորյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 235-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով՝ մի խումբ անձանց կողմից նախնական համաձայնությամբ հրազեն և ռազմամթերք ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք բերելը և պահելը: Իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքը Մանվել Գրիգորյանը չի ընդունում:
