Ժամանակին ՀՀ իշխանական էլիտան իր միջոցառումներն անց էր կացնում ամենաթանկարժեք ռեստորաններում, ինչպես, օրինակ «Ֆլորենս»-ն է, կամ «Փարավոն»-ը: Սակայն ինչպես նոր իշխանությունն է համեստ, այնպես էլ նրանց ընտրած ռեստորանը: Երեկ երեկոյան Ջրվեժի «Վան» ռեստորանում տեղի ունեցավ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» հետհեղափոխական առաջին մեծ քեֆը: Այս մասին գրում է Araratnews.am-ը:
