«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք հայտնեց քաղտեխնոլոգ, վերլուծաբան Վիգեն Հակոբյանը:

«Կարծում եմ՝ ընտրությունների ամենից օպտիմալ ժամկետը հոկտեմբերի վերջը կամ նոյեմբերն է՝ Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի գագաթնաժողովի ավարտից հետո: Դա նաև կարող է լրացուցիչ PR լինել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համար: Նրա քաղաքական դերը կարող է զգալիորեն մեծացած լինել՝ հաշվի առնելով, թե քանի երկրի պատվիրակություն է ժամանելու Հայաստան»,- ասաց Վիգեն Հակոբյանը:

Ընտրությունները կանցկացվեն ոչ շատ շուտ, ոչ էլ շատ ուշ: Հակոբյանի կարծիքով՝ ընտրությունների վաղ անցկացումը միանշանակ ձեռնտու կլինի ներկայիս իշխանությանը: Ժամանակն այս պահին աշխատում է հօգուտ իրենց: «Իսկ Հանրապետական կուսակցությանը ձեռնտու կլինի, որ ընտրությունները որքան հնարավոր է ուշ լինեն, որպեսզի իրավիճակը քիչ թե շատ կայունանա, և բացասական ֆոնը վերանա»,-նշեց քաղտեխնոլոգը:

Հակոբյանը «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցությանը արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին գործող իշխանության համար գլխավոր մրցակից համարեց: Խմբակցությունը բավականին մրցունակ է հատկապես մարզերում:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մինչև վարչապետ դառնալն ու դրանից հետո բազմիցս հայտարարել է, որ արդար և թափանցիկ արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների անցկացումն իրենց առաջնահերթություններից է: Վարչապետ Փաշինյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում չի բացառել աշնանը արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ անցկացնելու հնարավորությունը` նշելով, որ մինչ այդ պետք է ապահովվեն բոլոր մեխանիզմներն արդար ու թափանցիկ ընտրություններ անցկացնելու համար:
