Միայն երկխոսության ճանապարհով կարելի է ապահովել սոցիալական համերաշխություն: Այս մասին «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի իր էջում գրառում է կատարել փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը՝ խնդրելով բացել Ամուլսար տանող ճանապարհները, քանի որ արհեստական խոչընդոտներն անհարկի ձգձգում են խնդիրների վերհանումը։

«Հաշվի առնելով Ամուլսարում ստեղծված իրավիճակը և դրա լուծման գործընթացում քաղաքացիական հասարակության լայնամասշտաբ ներգրավվածություն ապահովելու խնդիրը՝ սեղմ ժամկետներում ձևավորվելու է աշխատանքային խումբ Բնապահպանության և ընդերքի տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավար Արթուր Գրիգորյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Խումբը՝ որպես հանքարդյունաբերական ընկերություններում գործող ընթացակարգերի համապարփակ ուսումնասիրության ուրույն, օբյեկտիվ և բազմակարծություն ապահովող հարթակ, հնարավորություն կընձեռի արձանագրված իրավիճակի համար մշակել և ներդնել հասցեական լուծումներ:

Առաջնորդվելով Ամուլսարում բնապահպանական նորմերի պատշաճ մակարդակի ապահովման և քաղաքացիական հասարակության վերահսկողություն սահմանելու մեր հայրենակիցների պահանջով՝ Արթուր Գրիգորյանին հանձնարարվել է ՀՀ-ում հանքաարդյունաբերության ոլորտը կարգավորող օրենսդրությանը համապատասխանության գնահատման և արդյունահանող ճյուղերի թափանցիկության նախաձեռնության EITI սկզբունքներին համապատասխանող թափանցիկ և հաշվետու հանքաարդյունաբերական քաղաքականության ներդրման և իրագործման գործընթացում ապահովել զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցների, ինչպես նաև հասարարակական կազմակերպությունների ներգրավումը:

Կոչ եմ անում դադարեցնել անհնազանդության գործողությունները, ի մի բերել բոլոր փաստական հանգամանքների այն համախումբը, որը կնպաստի Ամուլսարի բնապահպանական վիճակի մասին անաչառ եզրահանգումների կայացմանը: Ակնկալում եմ, որ ինչպես միշտ կկարողանանք արդյունավետ փոխգործակցել հանուն մեր պետության և հանուն մեր բնության, ու վաղը առավոտյան դադարեցված կլինեն անհնազանդության գործողությունները՝ դրանք մասնագիտական քննարկումների դաշտ տեղափոխելով, որպեսզի չտուժի ո՛չ պետությունը, ո՛չ բնությունը:

Խնդրում եմ վստահել իրավասու անձանց. կառավարությունը, վստահելով ձեզ, համապատասխանության գնահատման ուսումնասիրությունների մեկնարկը կազդարարի Ամուլսարից, և համապատասխանության գնահատման գործընթացը հետևողականորեն կշարունակի Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում գործող մյուս բոլոր հանքաարդյունաբերական ընկերություններում:
