Շարմազանովն Ալբանիայի խորհրդարանի խոսնակին ներկայացրել է ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում Հայաստանի դիրքորոշումը

Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը մանրամասներ ներկայացրեց Սևծովյան տնտեսական համագործակցության խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի ավարտված նստաշրջանի շրջանակում Ալբանիայի խորհրդարանի խոսնակի հետ հանդիպման վերաբերյալ:

Ազգային ժողովում կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսի ընթացքում Շարմազանովն ընդգծեց, որ ստացվել է շատ բարդ և միևնույն ժամանակ գնահատելի հանդիպում, որը կարելի է արդյունավետ համարել: 

«Դուք գիտեք, որ Հայաստանը և Ալբանիան Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության, հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների և Կոսովոյի հարցերում ունեն տրամագծորեն տարբեր կարծիքներ: Ես ներկայացրել եմ մեր դիրքորոշումը: Ալբանական կողմը շատ էր հետաքրքրվում հատկապես հայ-թուրքական հարաբերություններով և ղարաբաղյան խնդրով: Ես շատ հստակ նշել եմ, որ Կոսովոյի և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցերը երկու տարբեր հարցեր են: Նշել եմ, որ Ղարաբաղի հարցը պետք է լուծվի բացառապես երեք սկզբունքների հիման վրա: Եվ ամենակարևորը՝ պարոն խոսնակի հետ հանդիպմանն ուղիղ նշել եմ, որ Թուրքիան ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման գործում որևէ անելիք չունի»,- ասաց Շարմազանովը:

ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահն Ալբանիայի խորհրդարանի խոսնակին փոխանցել է, որ ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորմամբ զբաղվում է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահությունը, որտեղ համանախագահում են ԱՄՆ-ն, Ռուսաստանը և Ֆրանսիան: 

«Ասել եմ, որ կան Մադրիդյան սկզբունքները, կան երեք սկզբունքները, որոնք հակամարտության կարգավորման հիմքն են՝ ուժի չկիրառումը, ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրացումը և տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, և խնդիրը պետք է բացառապես այդ ճանապարհով լուծվի: Ավելին՝ ներկայացրել եմ նաև Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության ռազմատենչ հռետորաբանությունը, Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության ապակառուցողական մոտեցումը: Առնվազն վերջին տարիների ընթացքում, սկսած ապրիլյան պատերազմից մինչ օրս, Ադրբեջանը արցախյան կարգավորման գործընթացում տորպեդահարում է բանակցությունները, սպառնալիք է հանդիսանում տարածաշրջանի համար»,- ասաց Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը:

Նրա գնահատմամբ՝ եթե կա կողմ, որը իր գործունեության մեջ չի իրականացնում քայլեր, որոնք կբխեն տարածաշրջանային խաղաղության տրամաբանությունից, դա Ադրբեջանն է: 

«Ես ալբանիայի խորհրդարանի խոսնակին ներկայացրել եմ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարի բազմաթիվ հայտարարություններ, որոնցում նա խոսում է ոչ միայն Արցախի նկատմամբ, այլև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքի նկատմամբ հավակնությունների մասին»:

Խոսելով հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների մասին՝ Շարմազանովն ընդգծեց, որ Հայաստանը հարևանների հետ առանց նախապայմանների հարաբերությունների հաստատման կողմնակից է: Նա շեշտեց, որ Հայաստանը սուվերեն երկիր է և որևէ մեկին թույլ չի տա իր հետ խոսել շանտաժի և նախապայմանների լեզվով:
